- The Cape Hauy walk forms part of the incredible Three Capes Track in Tasmania - a world class hike through some of the most draw dropping landscapes imaginable. The half day Cape Hauy hike in Tasmania is challenging, yet very doable. It's approximately 4 hours return, with many, many undulating step sections. The challenge is well worth the effort to see some of the most remote, and untouched cliff sides in the world.

For average walkers it's about right with 4 hours return - for gym junkies with decent fitness, you'd be able to do it in almost half the time. I managed to do it in 2 hrs and 20 mins a few days ago with one 2 minute stop.
