This is exactly what I’ve been searching for! I found a velvet headboard with wood trim on Pinterest but couldn’t find anything similar for sale online. My dad said we could make one together if I could find a tutorial. Awesome, thank you!!!
Thank you for sharing. You have a lot of energy :) One thing you should be aware of is the wear and tear on your knees. I've seen your other videos which involved working on the floor as well. It may not bother you now but over time it will. After years of kneeling on hard surfaces my knees are shot. I now use mat tiles that they sell for kids playrooms. Take care and safety first.
I made this headboard. Come out beautifully! I just adjusted the measurements for my bed.

@@luisanafernandez6716 probably 2.5 yards! That would be 90” by 54” which is about 13” extra on width and 6” extra on height to staple.
