Yes it’s a beautiful place!
Hi 👋 I used to live in Dunnellon, I miss the area.
I still remember the tv ads for Rainbow Springs in the early 1970's,
Oh wow! How was the advertising then?
Very well done!
I grew up near there, in Yankeetown, and went to Dunnellon High School.
Before that, when I was 10 years old in 1970, I played Boy in a Tarzan movie that was filmed, in part on the Rainbow River.
It was a South American production company and I’ve never seen the film.
Great work on the video.
Thank you so much I appreciate that! I had a great time visiting and learning about the area. So much rich history there...
Absolutely outstanding post and production!
I met this fellow years ago. I was a kid in the early 60’s.
I spent many trips on the glass bottom boats. I went to his house and did a shower interview. The tape was lost and I thought this piece of rich history was lost. Congratulations on your project and best wishes as you continue your productions!
Aww man that’s amazing! You got to experience a piece of history nonetheless. I wish I could have experienced the glass bottom boats they looked like a lot of fun. The place is still beautiful and serene. Thank you so much for the kind words I appreciate them truly!
I thought I knew everything about rainbow Springs having visited there as a kid. I learned a lot more from this video.
