I think you’re doing well at resisting most of your impulse buys. You’re definitely getting there. If you still feel like you’re picking up some things you probably shouldn’t, maybe have a second look through everything in your cart to be sure it’s something you really want/need if it’s personal or will sell well for you in its condition if for resale. Grab a second cart if your cart is too full to see things easily and start by separating your personal items. Once you’ve decided on those, go through the things you picked up without hesitation - you’ll probably keep those items. You’ll be left with the “questionable” things in your first cart and you can decide if those are things you really will sell or if they can go back on the shelf for somebody else to rescue.
It’s sort of the equivalent of leaving items in your Amazon cart for a few days to find out if you really want/need them. 😂
Sorry about the a/c - hope they get it fixed quickly! And crossing my fingers that your new place will be better that way. In the meantime, shop, go to the movies, go out for a cold drink at McDonald’s and sit for a half hour in the cool, whatever you can come up with! 💕

I just want you to know you have the entire legal system at your disposal ... Your landlord is responsible for the repair and care of the HVAC system in your home ... The court system in your area will come down hard on the landlord because of the safety and well-being of ypu, your children, and your pets ... With the temperature as high as it is a tragedy could occur ... I know you are about to move, and you are very busy ... Don't let the inhumane treatment continue ... As a law enforcement officer I am strongly recommending you take legal action against these people ... Life and death situation ... Hopefully you will pursue this course of action ... Good luck and GOD bless you ...

She has to notify the landlord in writing of the issue. Once the landlord receives the written notice they have to repair the AC within 48 hours as its considered an essential service in Nevada. This is the state law of Nevada.
These laws vary based on the residing state. In Ohio if you rent a place without AC then the landlord is not required to install AC. Heat its only considered an essential service in the winter months. Water when paid by the tenant is no longer considered an essential service to be provided by the landlord. However the landlord can evict a tenant for not maintaining electric, gas and/or water if its written in the lease/rental agreement.

I think there are motels that will allow the birds and guinea pigs. Then I would charge your landlord for the cost. I used to travel with a cat and we found motels -- decent and inexpensive - where we could stay all the time. Otherwise I wish I could send you a couple of window units. I have never been satisfied by portable units. The pity is they cost a lot to rent or buy. It's not hard to install window units -- you can re-sell when you are done or keep them for safety. You could get 1 big window unit or a few little ones. I have a tiny 6000 btu unit that I bought used and with a fan, it takes care of my bedroom
Then I have an 8000 one in my living room that cools most of the rest of the apartment
I am suggesting a motel so you don't have to put so much money up front. Birds and guinea pigs are much less trouble than cats and dogs so I would think it wouldn't be too hard to find a place.
You need to be kept comfortable to take care of your animals.

If you squish them up, they fit in that size cover, making it very pudgy. I have also opened the bed pillow and pulled out the stuffing and had enough to fill 2 covers on the thin side. If you try that method, get the $4 king bed pillow and it will fill nicely. It is soooo much cheaper than buying pillow forms or fiberfill.

My local Goodwill has quite a few vintage plastic pumpkins out (like 9-10 of them). I checked them out while I was shopping there yesterday. I am not a reseller or I would've bought them all, there were some really cool ones! Thanks for a great video, Danni, I hope you get your air conditioner fixed SOON, I turn into a baby in the heat! xo from Oregon Edit- your Goodwill stores have such empty shelves- I am impressed with how much you find for having so little to choose from! My local stores are jammed packed full compared to yours, so if you ever come to the Portland, OR area, make sure you go thrifting!! (I know, twist your arm:).

At 30:33 I spy one of those FTD rainbow mugs in the back right that some people look for. Popular in Crazy Lamp Lady’s Facebook group.

You’re going to move again. I can understand why. You seem to have a terrible landlord. You’ve put so much work into the place you are in. Hope everything goes well.

That is a great price on the pillow covers

Yes, it makes sense you want to pick items up thinking of what you could potentially do with them. I struggle with this, as well. At the end of the day, I have to ask myself if I'm buying this or that for what it could be, or buying this or that to make money.

I know you want to put out daily videos, but instead of buying before you move you could go back to items you sold and share what you sold them for (i.e. Crazy Lamp Lady). I'm praying for your peace and health as you deal with AC, online selling, live sales, a new booth, packing, etc. You're a great mom and pet owner.
