Both are snubs but for different reasons. Isaiah's personality and behavior in the league rubbed players the wrong way and created a chemistry/locker room issue on the team, Brown is the perfect fit and replacement for Kawhi from a basketball perspective and causes zero locker room issues.
What bothers me is that many in the media are painting Jaylen Brown out to be the EGOMANIAC, which is farther from the truth.
Jaylen will play any role he's NEEDED to play to WIN...the man is about WINNING! His play throughout the playoffs and the Finals proves that...sooooo let's stop pushing that narrative.
Plain and simple, JB's SNUB was not about his PLAY but about POLITICS. Every since he backed Kyrie during his situation and held Nike to the fire with his commentary about them and has been a PROUD speaker for his culture...he's been made an example of.
Jaylen isn't on team USA because of NIKE...no more no less. This has NOTHING to do with fit. Honestly, if it was he should of been chosen AHEAD of Kawhi with the season he had.
