I've been using Faded for 4 months and it works! I'm 49 with acne prone skin. This has helped with some of the stubborn aging sun spots I have. The smell kills me but it works! I'm working on my second tube. It allowed me to stop using several different serums in 1 convenient product.

I've become such a stan for Faded by Topicals. I used it last year every other day until I finished the tube and loved the results. I (30F) have oily, acne prone (especially around my chin), deeper toned skin and it noticeably lightened my PIH. After I finished the tube I decided to try a vitamin C serum but it wasn't a good fit. I bought Faded again during the Sephora sale and I'm not using it every morning. I've never had problems with it pilling, but I don't use any silicone heavy products.
The routine I use it in is the Peach Slices salicylic acid cleanser (I know Topicals say not to use any other actives but I haven't experienced any irritation), the Paula's Choice Advanced Replenishing Toner, Faded, and the Paula's Choice Youth Extending sunscreen.

I'm definitely gonna miss the old version of the Laneige water bank line! I love the Light/For Combi Oily Skin version of the (old) water bank line, especially the essence, emulsion and the hydro gel/cream! They were my staple! But since the upgrade, it's been very hard to get a hold of the older version, which is very sad. Nonetheless, I bought the updated versions and started adding them gradually to my routine. So far the serum and the gel cream (for combi oily skin) are okay. They are indeed heavier, I feel like, compared to the old version. I think that's because of the blue hyalunoric formulation they added in the formula. Haven't tried the emulsion yet, because I stocked up on the older version because I just can't live without it! LOL
