All ovens cook with light. Light = Radiation. All heat comes from radiation. The only difference is that the light in this oven is in the visible spectrum.

@@ipissed That's true. Basically all cooking is just changing the overall temp around and in the food by energizing the atoms around so they move quicker thus changing the temp of the food. 👍🏻

I love these Brava ovens. It baffles me that they are still not available in Europe, even after all those years. I live in Germany, so I can’t get one. I already written them a few times and they don’t plan on releasing them here 😢. At least last time when I asked. Maybe I will ask again…
