When the guy first sings that big ‘nooow that I’m older…’ line it cuts right through me. I love this song so much. Each musician delivers a 10/10, and each singer is incredible. Harmonies at the end are superb. Outstanding stuff.
When I was younger, I'd make fun of my parents for listening to music like this. Now, here I am.
Hope you’ve told them they had it right. I gave my mom a copy of the first Bonny CD a few years ago. Sharing music with each other is the best.

The search for love and finding it are two different things. It’s a sacrifice for one’s self once it’s found but it turns from love to loving what you wanted to what you now have once you find it. Yeah the song is about starting a family and leaving the past ways behind but it’s much greater than that. It’s struggle with emotions, heartbreak and growth.

That solo kinda ruins it…great lyrics, great singing and harmonies but they could’ve done so much more with the lead. If you can’t play it get someone else. Clapton did it for the Beatles
