This song is beautiful, hits me right in the feels and puts a tearful smile on my face. It makes me think of my son... I lost him at the age of 19 in 2019. It's a beautiful tune that helps me imagine him going about his day... enjoying his life... wherever he is. Daddio misses and loves you mi hito.

I had only just smoked one of Jamaicas finest Bob Marleys, I lays back on my bed and sees Khurangbins' new track available for play, so I presses play and I was instantly captivated, and by the end of this beautiful piece, I had streams of water and a rather large wet patch on my chest/heart area from where all the tears had been embracing one another - I don't cry that often so when I do, I really do cry. It's amazing what a bands music can do to you and you don't even realise it until it has happened. I really do love this band!!!! They are one of life's greatest gifts. One love from the UK x

I found Khraungbin in 2019 after a tornado had destroyed my house. I was in a temporary home and the pandemic eas full on.
I had ordered some pre-amp tubes for my Soldano Hot Rod 50..the tubes were wrapped in a newspaper article on Khraungbin.
After reading the article i immediately ordered "The Universe Smiles Upon You."
That's some real serendipity! Makes me wonder if the person who sent them to you knew exactly what they were doing

The Khru always bring something unique for us. I'm learning this song on my guitar. It's actually quite a challenge, and I've been playing over four decades.

1st band i saw post pandemic. I discovered them 2mo. into lockdown and all the concert videos online helped me get through that shit show and stay sane and eager to get back out and for LIVE FREEKIN MUSIC... was so jacked to see them a year ago last Nov, I got tix for 2 shows in 3 days 1st show took my sister for her Bday we were up in the audience, 2nd, I went alone, up front, in the pit & they killed it both shows.

There’s a girl I’ve been seeing the past couple of months, and her name is actually Mei herself. Both of the first concerts that we went to together were also actually in the pouring rain and we had such amazing times at both, we were so happy we even walked all the way home together soaking wet in the heavy rain after the first one 😂 Now anytime I hear this song it makes me think of her and hope we can have another adventure together in the rain soon :)

A song that makes me feel nostalgic, sad but happy, miss people I should not be missing, but it feels like a hug at the end of it.
I met a girl with a rougher past than i initally realized. We've been trying to make it work here. I worked hard to show her that she's someone that deserved love and safety and peace. I needed someone but what she needed wasn't me. I am okay with the fact that I worked hard to help someone else and it hurt me more than she's ever gonna understand. Tomorrow needs me anyway. Just happy for the rain.
