Sir theoritical plates ka 25% hone par column use nhi karna chahye .....to sir ye 25% jo hai kya wo column performance ka hai ? Matlb jo hum conditioning ke baad column performance karte hai ......

Yes 25% theatrical plate of the initial ho jae on routine analysis to column obsele kar do for better analysis..
1 column pe sirf 1 product run karo 1 se ziyadha nai
