Bayo, you sure nailed it with this segment. I've repeatedly told people that the key to making a headway in any business in Nigeria specifically scales down to integrity, which is in very short supply there.

So true , integrity, honesty, reliability, so so important. In Nigeria those qualities are so much in short supply.

Yes!! Lol!! Akwa Ibom state has given my non-profit stewardship over their historical district. I know we must get the locals first before we start construction.

Quite informative. Thanks. Yes I did try to start my Rent-to-Rent shortlet about 2 years now and I've gotten my hands burnt in all the processes. Still counting my losses even though I'd like to restart with the shortlet again at some point maybe. But right now, I really do need to save up again like I did the last time...
I might get in touch with you at some point maybe to JV if that works with yourselves? I'd really like to know since you talked Bout partnering? Many thanks for this

Why is it that one of the largest companies in Lagos, Nigeria scamming their own people. I live in America, and I am a witness to their criminal acts. I was there a few months ago. Jumia online shopping. My family paid for goods, but they only delivered a few items. Jumia promised to have all the ordered items to be delivered 🙌 by a certain date, but has not been delivered as of yet. When I come back there, I will make sure the law punish them

Integrity and Nigeria don’t mix oh…like oil and water

  • @lindyoneillmoralesletrasyv9150

Hello Bayo, its good to hear your advice, but not very nice to hear the way you critizice your Nigerian people. There's honest and dishonest people everywhere. My boyfriend is there in Nigeria and I trust he is an honest man, I am an American an here dishonesty starts right on top. Its great to hear your advise, integrity is always needed everywhere, and in every business, it would be better without stamping a sign of deshonesty to your people.
