- Here is a review and demonstration of Autobrite automotive black spray dye.
Overall the product is very good and simple to use. Coverage is excellent. Just be aware that this stuff sprays extremely fast and is very thin like water. More than one coat may be needed depending on your work piece. Overall I highly rate this product and would not hesitate to recommend it. Well done Autobrite. Nice product!

I tried autoglym dye and it was terrible so thanks for this tip. I personally would not dye the roof, I think it will make the car really dark inside.
Glad I found your review on this stuff as I was hesitant to buy it, but now I'll get it, cheers Rick 😎👍🏻🏴
nice one, didn't even realise mine were faded, another weekend job to add to the list
Have just picked up some of this stuff, and will be getting my speaker grills refreshed. Can't wait. Great videos on all aspects of the GTV.
Nice job. I just bought a second hand brake light cover from a wrecker / breaker which was $10 and my speaker covers were ok
Great transformation and so easy to do 👍🏻
looks like a great product, excellent transformation.
Bob on job tht Fella !!! Looks crackin’
I think the black headliner / pillars would look spot on Rick 👍👌😎
My 147 has a black factory headlining and it really does improve the interior ambiance
A beautiful gtv, incredible resto.
Nice detail, good work!
Have used a lot of their products and many are pretty good... must say, wasn’t aware they did a fabric dye... looks a lot better 👍
Yes, black headliner is awesome! I did re upholstering as a DIY in my GT and loving it every day!
I agree they do look much better! 👍🏼
Just used upol mat black aerosol on mine looks fab and only fiver a tin !
Would love to see you try it on the roof liner
....or buy a pair of thickish black women's tights, cut down a bit, remove the old mesh covers and replace! less messy and quicker!
excellent content as always Rick, that's a good product, if you thinking of tackling the headlining why not get a few a pillars from a breaker and use them as a test?
Thanks Steve, much appreciated. Yes that was my plan if I decide to go ahead 👍🏼
good job 👍
Hmmmm I wonder if this stuff would work on my Spiders faded wind deflector 🤔
