    This absolutely works. Few sessions of Chiro and Physio did not help me. One session with Hannah was all I needed.
    I can watch Hannah all day and never get tired!

    Found this really great. Have some back pain which restricted some of the movements, but hoping this will improve every time I stretch!

      Try to inhale while your mouth and nose are closed you’ll fell a movement in your lower chest this is what she means

    I do this routine everyday. Thank you! Just curious, for the chest stretches, you specifically say to rotate the right shoulder in but for the left shoulder you state to not rotate it. Is there an anatomical reason for this or should I adjust to stretch the left and right the same? Thanks again!

      I have to agree am pretty young and have decent flexibility but after doing this routine I developed inflammation on my fascia. It’s been a week and I am still dealing with the pain.
