Fun little river session exploring a old spot! I stopped fishing this bit of river a few years ago now since I saw 2 otters on there but I decided it had been long enough and I'd go back and see if there's any fish still there! Big chub was the main goal but I was happy to catch anything from this river I've fished since I was a child

Hi Dan just started lure fishing, bit late in life at 72 but better late than never. Biggest problem where I live is finding places to fish. You're videos are brilliant keep it up. I may not be able to do much but love looking at you catch stuff. 😠

another great video! nice to see you catching on an old spot. I went out fishing early this morning and caught a 23 pound pike! I caught him in a bronze spoon, and all the money I spend on soft plastics and jerk baits 😂😂😂

Hi Dan, you've got to be the unluckiest guy fishing LoL at least you didn't get wet losing your Lmab this time. Nice video though even with the problem. Them river trout were in beautiful condition. Regards and tight lines.

Man as much as you like catching perch if you ever come to the States I'd recommend fishing for crappie there are several similarities on how we fish for them here give or take a few tactics lol. Largemouth bass are awsome as well just like you use frogs for pike we do for bass by throwing them over submerged grass and scum mats from spring till fall. All and all love the videos man its awsome getting a taste of how fishing is so different but so similar everywhere you go.

Hey Dan, try the Momoi lure soul braid. Not cheap but no more wind knots and just over half the thickness of j braid. Love the videos mate, keep em coming 👍

With trout like that you know the water is in good condition . How do you have a landing net float away, bad enough to lose the rod from the kayak, but a net from under your ass !. Great video as always.

I had a little 10oz Brownie die on me the other day whilst I was unhooking the poor little guy. Wasn’t out of the water for long at all and I didn’t cut him internally. He just puked and then died. Felt like a right scumbag 😩
