For example if Hazard publicly announce that he wants to leave chelsea and join real, that puts chelsea in a more difficult position to negotiate Hazard's transfer fee. Obviously Hazard loves the club so he won't do so.
Also, Hazard will have disadvantage in his own wage negotiation if he already made his mind up as it is more likely for real to offer less wage for a player that wants to join their club.

Lee Commander Those all are my personal opinion. I think those players had so much impact for us during their time. I was thinking either Zola or Hazard for the winger, but I chose Hazard at the end because this guy carried us really hard this season. He scored most while he is not a striker, he provided most assist, he created most chances, he had so many key passes, basically Hazard did everything for us. I could say we finished 3rd and won Europa League bc of him.
