- Dr Jordan B Peterson and Piers Morgan discuss the art of interviewing, the importance of living truthfully, the pitfalls of sycophancy, and they go into depth regarding the 2016 election, and the aftermath of Donald Trump.
Piers Morgan is a British journalist and television personality who started his career working as a freelance writer for the Sun. Later he would be chosen by Rupert Murdock as editor for his publication, News of the World. This appointment would make Morgan the youngest British news editor (29) in more than fifty years. He would go on to be the editor of publications such as the Daily Mirror and MailOnline before ramping into a career on television. He would introduce documentaries for the BBC, and had a channel 4 political interview show with Amanda Platell, all before his stint as a judge on America’s Got Talent. Morgan would compete on and win the 2008 season of Celebrity Apprentice, and later famously interview the show's host, Donald Trump, after he had become the 45th US President. Morgan would work on numerous talk shows and documentary series before starting his current day production, Piers Morgan Uncensored. This show, on which controversial and celebrity guests debate Morgan, would be the first launched on talkTV, and welcome back President Trump for its premiere and second episodes.

Piers really had to see a clinical psychologist after talking to Tate
LOL
He messed up that interview so bad, might be it's his age cuz god he was so incompetence
🤣
🤣🤣🤣💯💪
🤣 🤣 🤣 that's some good shit right there!
I'm 26. Not alive long lol. I'm a female. I am learning some life points on my own, but Peterson put the railroad ties on and kept me. Idc what anyone says. I feel like this man is bridging things and awakening an intelligence, a self awareness and a healing through not only Canada but all over the world. Thank you Jordan Peterson.
Me too, I'm glad you got in at the age you are. I'm 32. I lost a lot of my life in my 20's being on heavy psych medication. I may have arrived a bit late, for me it's better late then never. Thank you JP for being my 'internet dad' wisdom that I never had.
🤣 I'm 47 and still feel like many of the things he says help me. I only wished I started 20 years earlier...
@@Sensorama2000 never too late!!! Glad to see you here! Blessings to you today.
@@shanana1648 goodness me, if you only know how young you still are - I'm a lot older than you and am enjoying a learning journey still. JP has such a gift.
I'm 27 and a lot of friends of mine watch the off context shorts made on Jp and tag him as a disturbance to society.
That makes me sad. Hopefully, that changes with time
The way they have a conversation. I’m not a scholar, but I find myself getting cut short all the time. I just really admire the poise and overall exchange and how they both have the opportunity to advance their thoughts free of interruption.
Pierce self assessment in this interview was very heartening. And I also think it was very important for people to hear. It's very rare and looked at as weak for people to admit, shortcomings, and failures in the way that he did in this interview. Because of our polarizing society, admitting a mistake, or admitting that you are wrong on something, opens the door for the other side to say you must be wrong about everything. This has a chilling affect on people being willing to admit that they are wrong about anything these days. it feels like there is so much at stake that you can't afford to let yourself be soiled. I think Jordan Peterson had an effect on Piers Morgan after the first interview, and the subsequent response to it. I think it actually made him want to be more truthful, and be more honest about the way he was conducting himself. However you feel about Jordan Peterson's views, when you talk to him, or listen to him talk to others, it's clear that you are talking to someone that is not only capable of self criticism, but who often engages in it with the purpose of improving himself, and with no thought to how it may make him appear to others. This is a wonderful trait, and I commend peers for being willing to recognize it, and then, to not only recognize it, but you act on it by acknowledging his shortcomings in previous interviews and positions that he took regarding firearms. This is just another example of how wonderful and influential Jordan Peterson is to the male psyche. I'm very impressed with peers, and impressed as always with Jordan. Fantastic interview.
What Jordan Peterson does I think is remarkable in that by leading by example in terms of showing his own emotions it makes other people's emotions ok
Yet he repeated the blatant lie that Trump advised people to ingest bleach to fight the virus.
Seems he is good at lip service, but doesn't admit his actual short coming, in fact he doubled down on them.
The comments had an effect on peirs. He's probably rebranding his image to make him self look like less of a douche canoe.
Yeah I don't like the guy but it was good to see behind the curtain. Possibly trying to show Jordan his level of self awareness. Regardless of why, I still think it was truth
a man who is a prick is a prick, a man who is a prick and knows it is a man who is a prick and knows it, nothing more
Without a doubt everyone can learn from Jordan Peterson. What a gift this man is.
He used to be my hero too but unfortunately he has moved to dark side!
Apply that mindset to everyone you talk to, you can always learn something new from everybody
Lots of intelligent people like Jordan out there completely overlooked by idiots.

Why? We need strong men taking back the country..
Long over due imho
It is so satisfying to listen to these incredibly intelligent men. They are like the best Crème Brulè for the brain. Thank you.
This is not only mentally stimulating but spiritually refreshing. One of my constant thoughts as a longterm christian is a inner silent complaint about the same old - same old sermons doing the rounds in churchs for years but this is fantastic because it's actually the biblical teachings being played out in our time- real life. The many lessons here & guidance- within your own careers & in others politically. So much rich content- I love it.
I agree. I love that Jordan unknowingly helps us go deeper into the lessons of the biblical principles that ultimately govern our lives whether we admit it or not
It’s so refreshing to see public figures like Piers partake in open and honest long form interviews like this. Completely shatters the manufactured persona and reels it back to normal human interaction, and for me, makes me far more likely to acknowledge their work.
To me it shows they can be bought and have no integrity. How can I trust a man who has different opinions depending on the audience and show? At best he’s spineless and complicit. It’s not something to be praised imho
@@bobsanders4802 that opinion definitely makes sense, although I would probably aim that at professional journalists in general rather than specifically Piers. Felt like an honest conversation, whereas the usual journalist always smells a bit fake
You’re a nerd, hush..
@@bobsanders4802 He's fat, of course he'll be bought
@@roflstomplolmao A ''professional'' journalist is on location, not in a multi million dollar studio.

Before this interview, all I had on piers Morgan was a guy who really hates guns. Hearing him explain himself went a long way in helping me understand him. It truly is bizarre how much progress can be made in an honest, open conversation. Something we are missing happening between people across the aisle politically in the US
Agreed. I had always thought Piers was just a dick for the sake of it. This conversation and his TV interview with Dr Peterson really help me empathise with his position in the media and in the world. I'm happy to say that if I met Piers now, I would shake his hand. Well done, Sir.
Glad he had used words to get to u 😅
I was thinking the same thing. I don't follow Piers closely, but this interview made me understand him better and seems like a good guy. I like how he wants a "reality check" to correct himself. No one's perfect, but he truly is self aware. Can't say that for most ppl nowadays.
Still don’t agree with Morgan’s stance on guns! He lives in UK keep the gun shit there. Leave us alone on that topic!
Oh please. You have a sample of two. His last interview, with Andrew Tate, he basically embodied Cathy Newman. Pierce listened to Peterson, but he didn't listen to Tate.
Wow wow wow. I did not expect to enjoy this, nor to see them being so honest and candid. A truly fantastic episode.
A truly delightful, enjoyable interview. I've watched Piers for years. It's wonderful to see this aspect of him.
He is such a tool, he talked for 3 straight minutes about listening.
At least his sons are smarter, must skip a generation

I’ve never really seen Piers in this light. He seems like a really genuine guy whose been around the block and has something to say. Thanks JP!
Still a bell
The guy just strikes me as trying to play for both the conservatives and leftists at the same time. He has said so many dumb, intolerant, and ignorant things it's honestly very hard to take him seriously or respect him.

Impressed by Piers Morgan’s honesty here.
Why, because he is for once threatened by his opponents intelligence and knows he cannot win any argument based on his arrogant views. Piers just goes with a nice and open style, trying to parallel and justify himself. Imagine Jordan challenging Morgan's certain views in depth, Morgan wouldn't last two minutes.
@@jing652 Well it's a discussion not an argument. Jordan wants to know Piers views, as well as voicing his own, but it's mostly about Piers here. Whilst I do find myself getting annoyed with Piers in numerous interviews when he tries to bully his interviewees and constantly interrupts and talks over them it is good to hear what he has to say on certain topics. On his comments about the advice he got from David Frost about allowing the guest to speak, I'm not sure he takes that advice with him everywhere he goes 🙄😆
I find him more honest than any other person on tv
Morgan , honest?????
Minus his lie that Trump advised people to ingest bleach during the pandemic. As well as lying that he had a conversation with trump about it.
Why was he fired again, sexually harassing his co-workers? yup, real honest guy this one is.
Somehow he has gone full Neo-Con on sky news after being an ultra woke schill in the US.
I love seeing Pierce in this mode. Listening & then responding. What a lesson after just one interview with Jordan. Amazing
Piers has fallen for the mainstream narrative that there isn't widespread election fraud when there is so much to gain by those on the side of evil by doing so. Cheating has grown quickly and continuously in the last few decades and there is no reason for those that don't believe in God to not cheat. But, they do so at their peril. One is naive to think that there isn't widespread cheating in US elections, especially in the last few elections.
Never ever tire of listening to Dr Jordan Peterson. I always learn so much from him. Another excellent and insightful interview
So true!!! Here too.
Never heard the term “beneficial adversary” before, let alone their importance in our lives....well done sirs...
I had never seen Jordan Peterson before seeing the Piers Morgan interview. I was hugely impressed by how honest and empathic he came across and have since been catching up. It also helped me on my journey of seeing another side of Piers Morgan, who it turns out, is a National Treasure.
If you look how he became viral and got hate from feminist and LGBT of being anti "them" are the exact group of people who are hypocrites and exclusive of inclusion of others.
There's lots n lots of Jordan Peterson footage to enjoy and learn from.
I found JP a few years ago and the psychology of Myths got me hooked on his criticisms and insights. Hearing the tidbits from books and history he has studied is another reason I listen regularly to him
My friend and I refer to him as Doctor P. I literally can hear his advice inside my head sometimes when it is needed. God bless Doctor P!
Not a fan of Piers but big respect to him for doing this interview and I like how he talked about his sons and the fact he listened to their input on how to conduct this interview. 👍
I like and value Piers, but he really does need to listen properly far more.
Wow, never thought I would hear Morgan admit that he is the interrupter in chief and he learnt something.👏👏
Usually the person being interviewed talks more than the interviewer.
Piers got some respect when he went on Daily Wire with Mr. Shapiro after their previous interview. I reckon Mr. Morgan is more savvy than just a “ d*ck “.

It is hugely refreshing to see two high I.Q. individuals, from different sides of the political aisle, who are perfectly capable of having a civil, mutually respectful conversation.
Are they on different aisles? They’re from different countries, which have different political systems. They agree on a lot.

How on Earth can someone be so right? I have had my darkest days and had to suffer a lot.. pain is inevitable and Dr Peterson has just nailed what human kind should actually be doing.. embracing the pain and fears would make you indestructible. No matter what age/gender you are, you can always be the hero of your own story.
He’s literally just repeating a secular version of just one of the powerful messages found in the Bible. Take up your cross
Jordan, there was a very dark period recently in my life where I was considering the ultimate decision of ending it all. The world needs more of this. I need so much more of this. It's staggering how immensely hard it is to find genuinely good conversation that I can learn and relate to. I am sincerely gratuitous for the time and effort both of you have taken to publish this. Thank you.
I am absolutely not a fan of Piers Morgan but Jordan seems to bring the total best out of people that he has discussions with. Such a pure gentleman.
It’s a real breath of fresh air, listening to conversations with people that aren’t trying to cancel Jordan Peterson or Piers Morgan like literally these two guys are both targeted like crazy and it’s great to hear them have a conversation together
I have never seen Piers looking so humble, attentive and genuine. At times this felt like a therapy session which I'm sure was at some level what Piers wanted. I think people like Piers are in danger of becoming characters rather than who they are, I think he knows this has become his reality and is trying to address it. I hope he does find the way to keep his integrity and avoid performing, we certainly need people who can hold power to account.
I'd agree, although I think for Piers the reality is that he has been a character rather than a genuine person for a considerable number of years. It seems that he took his character traits and ran with them, which has he mentioned, did no harm at all in the Newspaper industry. But as you said, I enjoyed this interview so much because it's the first time I saw him with his mask off.
Piers knew Jorden would call him out on BS so he played the nice guy card.
Piers Morgan suddenly back-pedalled his “opinion” without an apology because “the facts changed”, but the facts didn’t change. The “Covid-denying anti-vaxxer loonies” were right from the start and they called HIS bluff.
Now it’s time for him to taste his own medicine.
such a great observation. i'm uninterested in this interview given my contempt for morgan on a professional level, but i know that underneath his detestable performative costume lies a human being.
Piers had no choice but to be humble. Jp’s intellectual capacity would have made mince meat of him if he tried attacking him. There are very few who are capable of holding there own against Jp in a confrontational interview.
Wow. This was actually one of my favorite episodes I’ve seen in a while of JP. The amount of listening and true dialect between them made for great chemistry. I actually thought I was house watching Piers. Turns out I actually became a fan.
I see Piers Morgan in a totally different way after this interview. Really positive and well-done
You think he is nice!!! LOL he hates that :)
Piers was only a prick a couple of times in his career but as he says, that's the defining stuff because people remember it. He's always been alright to me, even when being a penis :D
His interview with Steven Bartlett on diary of a ceo is really interesting
Piers is totally genuine.
@@eddiesneeh4266 genuine??????
A leopard never changes it's spots.
I have to admit that Piers has grown on me recently. Largely due to his appearing to be more authentic, listening to his interviewees and actually talking sense.
It's great to see he has taken advice on the way he conducts himself and he appears to have grown as a result.
Agreed. By his own admission, he’s very bully boy about the way he conducts his interviews But when he does get it right, it makes for a great conversation.
A couple of weeks ago, I was looking for someone to listen to that could help me make sense of what it is that I know to be true in my thought processes but just as I thought I grasped whatever subject of human nature or myself I came up with, it was just not quite there!
Then, I discovered you Mr Peterson! I have been listening to a wide variety of your CZcams channels and I am literally listening to you daily at every opportunity. Beautiful interview, I think the thing that came out so clear in this interview is that Piers Morgan as he himself admitted interviews people from a journalistic point of view and uses his personality to get politicians to publicly admit to things they normally would not admit too, the Professor on the other hand approaches his interviewee with an approach to understanding his partner and get them to understand themselves ..... 2 different approaches for 2 different professions ... 2 great people I dearly admire.

Good evening Jordan and Piers
I'm thankful of your candid conversation.
I've been a mental health nurse of seventeen years and following my very own acceptance that for ten years I had been systematically bullied by poor nurse leaders.
I proceeded to arrange a professional meeting with my clinical service manager to discuss these issues, back in December 2021.
However I never got the chance to have this dialogue, I was gaslit from my workplace.
I have since January 2022 involved NHS upper management, my union RCN, Local Government amonst others.
And yet I'm still disconnected from my workplace/career and all social and financial
Wellness this usually provides.
After 10 months I can't help but feel down trodden and am seriously considering giving up my seventeen years nursing career.

The world critically needs more grown up conversations like this
Just more grown ups is a good start!
I regularly meet 30 year olds who behave worse than I did when I was 15.
*_But it won't go away for a while, since 9/10 kids coming out of school or Uni 100% are that. The one who avoids it is in for a shitty life, and 9/10 people think morality isn't worth having a shitty life._*
So either make it less shitty, or tell kids they will be able to completely change it and start again. Which would be a lie because the further left we go the fewer points of control we retain. In fact the ways things look, kids must think they will die in a Communist prison and whats the point in anything past drunkness and promiscous sex.
Explains a lot! That's what 99% of kids are looking at for choices, it sucks! They have no chance.
The world of "grown ups" needs more critical thinking than this.

@@Benjamin-rm2nt have to agree. Everyone who said Biden is a better choice than Trump for President...Just look at the state of US Foreign relations. I greatly dislike Blinken, but while he was in China reaching an agreement, Biden chose to insult China and Xi Jin Ping as a dictator, and everyone knows the CIA was involved in the Wagner coup attempt. Putin has stated that the US is incapable of agreements. This is becoming increasingly more clear as Blinken reversed and negated the agreement not even hours later. I actually don't care how much empathy Piers thinks Biden has. Piers has proven himself a horrendous judge of character because he follows the crowd. Biden's empathy has cost hundreds of thousands of young men their lives, and could cost the world billions of lives if he is successful in starting World War III by attacking China. Either people really misunderstand him because they don't take the time to listen to a whole sentence, or they don't have the guts to be real with themselves. I don't find his words threatening at all. Sometimes I might come to a different conclusion than him but I don't feel any anger.
@@cosmicmauve thank you for your reply, seeing as my family do have the time I'm left to conclude the other; and from experience with them( their abusive behavior toword my nieces and nephews) I'm left to conclude that latter, that they can't come to terms with who they are, I recently became engrossed in the bible and a scripture I've held onto is 'know yourself' in psalms whereas my family would encourage the most abhorrent actions and simultaneously find no fault in themselves in doing so, I myself am in no position to correct them because I'm a hippocrite in that I sit silent throughout such improper encouragement, because when I have attempted to correct such behavior I'm met with literal hate and belittlement from my direct family that I've become self loathing and engaged in self harm etc please any advice I will take on
@@realJesseGray I have my tickets in hand. Sat Nov 19. Too bad about the family - I find that the people who don't like him simply haven't taken the time to actually listen to him. All the best!
Thanks for the tip about the Auckland gig which had escaped my notice.
WOW I just learnt so much. Crazy. I love that I can be alive in such a time as this, surrounded by such wise people as this, who are willing to share their knowledge freely. Just Inspirational
Heidi, it is indeed, a good time to be alive. One can be in the hinterlands (me) and listen to a lecture or documentary about just about anything, at any time.
Jordan and Piers are such a perfect example on how to have an intelligent, objective, rational discussion rather than what we so often today based on emotion and the cancel culture.
More like there 2 cheeks from the same backside.
Jordan knows precisely when to input his personal bias into facts to give credence to his argument and when to hold back in regards to his guests view in order for them not to pull back in explaining their point. He's a master in human debate and thought and I love seeing seemingly different opinions come together in such a cordial manner to conduct a really informative interview like this. This is what we need more of in our divisive society to pull us out of this madness. 👏👏👏
So the man who was fired for poor ratings, and sexual harassment, that regurarly bullied his guests by interrupting and shouting them down, is your bell weather for ingerity?
He even repeated the blatant lie that trump advised peopel to ingest bleach during the pandemic, somehting that was debunked, and proven false unequovically, but lied and said he had a personal conversation calling trump out on the falsified accusation he made up?
yea.
I felt that this interview was more productive than the previous one because the two men had felt each other out in the first one and established a rapport. Piers came across with more humanity than is usual for him, and Jordan seemed far more relaxed. Excellent viewing.
Because his son told him to shut up and listen...something he didn't do with Andrew Tate
@@scottgordon7754 His son told him that before the interview that happened on Pier's show which was filmed more than a week ago, which means he took his sons advice for his initial interview with JP, but then not the one he did with Tate.
It's better without the too frequent breaks too that in can affect the flow of the conversation. Not that the first interview was bad, just that it was a little less because of the limitations of the format PM has to abide for his show. It much better if the conversation is edited as a flowing product.
For the longest time I hadn't cared much for Piers, this video, and the interview have really helped me to like and respect him more as a person.
I love this type of interviews because they give a full conceptual analysis.
Concepts have to be extended and in the main stream media that never happens and people are manipulated.
Excellent interview.
Thank you for Jordan for at least attempting to engage in real, meaningful conversation with everyone you interview/debate… it is long overdue and greatly appreciated.
As a psychologist, how does he not understand that behind every narcissistic facade is a scared, broken child screaming for attention? i.e. why Trump shifted from 'extraordinary winner' to 'pathetic loser' in a matter of months.
Inspiring conversation. Didn't think I liked Piers but feel differently after this interview
A superb way as usual by Peterson to attribute his wisdom to his predecessors who gave him an immense amount of building blocks.
Listening to such conversation is a gift, and a revelation.
Didn't expect to get teary eyed listening to a Pierce Morgan interview, may his manager rest in peace. 🙏
I had a whole different opinion about Piers Morgan until i seen this video. The power of communication, AND, the power in being willing to listen can move mountains! Great interview!
dont be fooled he is a toad.
Make no mistake Morgan is an actor and opportunist Above All Else...
@@bulldawg82zgreed. Hes an elite egotistical narsisist puppet. Sad people are so easily fooled. Jordan even interviewing him now makes me weary of his reputation.
YOU WERE WISE TO LISTEN TO THIS HIGHLY INTELLIGENT PERSON, PIERS!!! HOWEVER, I LOVE YOU..... ( AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺 ❤XOXOXOXO)
Dr. Peterson is the only doctor that I listen to because he’s point on all the time. His brilliance is amazing and I’m so honored to share the race of human beings.
This interview is filled with life lessons of how delicate it is to tow the thin line, a balancing act, between two extremes of adulation on the one hand, and animosity/ ostracization on the other, and yet not loose sight of knowing one's place in the world in spite of the reception or perception of the public
Edit: animosity.
This isn’t Reddit you don’t have to list your edits like an anally retentive passive aggressive flat mate leaving post-its on the kitchen cupboards 👍🏻
@@fioredeutchmark the irony here was intended, I assume?
Why did you edit it then say you edited it? This comment has a bot feel to it. You said so much but next to nothing at all.. Kind of pomp..
@@chuckdeuces911 It's funny how you expect a response to your question but then come across as petulant. Very well mannered. Lol
I think this is an accurate take on the discussion... What a shame these sheeple feel the need to criticise something as trivial as an edit.
I like the way this was shot! By far the best production of a conversation where the participating parties aren't in the same room.
Thats a really beautiful story at 49 minutes about piers losing his mentor. I think everyone needs someone like that
As always, a real pleasure and joy to be in such good company.! Thank you both for caring by sharing in true to form what many of us could only presume to be true in fact.! Well Done.!
I didn’t know how badly I needed Jordan Peterson writing notes and nodding like a boss through an ad break in the background before now.
Yeah look out Dr Grande!
Wow. Great interview. The comment about being known as a “nice person” really hit me. I have seen this in my mother and admired her so much for it. I too am known as a nice, friendly person. I had a health crisis and became depressed, etc so I constantly feel pressure to still be this upbeat, positive person. Then I’m told, wow, after all you’ve been through you are still always smiling, so happy and inspiring. It makes me feel good that I’m not having anyone feeling sorry for me, as I know that even after all I’ve endured and continue to, I am blessed. But it does make it difficult sometimes to be truthful when I’m asked “how are you?” bc I know that’s not the answer anyone wants to hear. ❤
I once told one of my childhood teachers that it was 'okay not to say you are okay' with the right people. She had been down to her last pleasantries. After saying her RA hurt like he**, and voicing how she felt, she started to smile. We impose expectations on people who are ill, bereaved etc. Self permission to privately express trapped-in distress is a freedom.
Btw in some cultures 'nice' meant socially dishonest and manipulative. Maybe 'pleasant' works better!
You sound a lot like what I went through and am still going through. Trying to keep that smile so that nobody is wondering “what’s wrong”. I had to keep that up and it got too exhausting.
I love open and honest discussions. This was so good.
The left and right lobe synching and working together. 👏👏👏
Listening to JBP makes me feel as if a new dimension of language is being opened…to a new world of understanding 😊 , a very good interview !!!
No matter how many times you listen to Dr. Peterson you always learn something about yourself and about others. I believe Piers Morgan benefitted a great deal by talking with Dr. Peterson and became more likeable.
Definitely not more likeable
Jordan mindfully and kindly guides people to rational thought processes. He really is a treasure.
I’m grateful that you both have people in your lives that are honest w you that help you return to your authentic selves when necessary. Piers I watched those instances of your ‘performative’ art and cringed and Jordan I saw those tweets and similarly thought ‘not necessary, not helpful’. I admire you both for being able to acknowledge your shortcomings AND correcting these deviations. Piers, I also appreciated your Robinhood explanation - that is you and it’s a fine role and you deserve your success - I do push back when you call yourself a journalist - you go after what you perceive to be wrong or corrupt, you want to effect change as you see it, that’s all wonderful, you have opinions and you like to share them - fantastic - but it’s not journalism in the classical sense of finding facts and presenting them for a citizenry to decide what to do about it. I admire you both- thanks for telling the truth - or at least not lying.
Very interesting to see Piers speak in this way. I hope he takes it on board and integrates the technique into his regular interviews. He properly made an ass out of himself in the Andrew Tate interview.
He's fake. I doubt he will change. I try not to negatively dismiss possible progress butt I've seen him willfully ignore the opposing side of something to push a narrative of blindness and woekism, it's willfull intentional and evil. Rarely intentionally evil men change.
@@scottwall8419 It didn't seem that way to me. He seemed quite reflective in this interview, and I hope he will be about the Tate interview. I'm with OP on this one.
Edit: Also while you may try to not negatively dismiss possible progress, this seemes to be unfair.
He was reflective under the guidance of a professional psychologist - Jordan Peterson.
Who’s going to guide him on unfolding the shitshow that was the Andrew Tate interview?
@@iliasz.5232 True no one I guess
He's been making an ass out of himself on TV in the UK for a couple of decades now. He's an intelligent man but he is hubris personified.
You know it’s a good conversation when JP let’s the other person talk and finish sentences! Need more of this!!
And vice versa.
Hey, Brad. I haven't seen you since the Tulsa incident. I hope your mom is doing better.
Up till ow I've never seen a comment like yours ! PETERSON IS A REALLY GOOD LISTENER. however the wheels are turning, and he is formulated his response when they stop to breathe!
some people listen and respond
Others are just waiting to respond
I'm trying harder to listen...
And even moreso Piers (who really loves to cut ppl off!!) letting JP talk lol
Not finished watching yet but piers I learned alot and I think this is a fantastic interview you really showed me a good side of yourself. Bravo sir. Look forward to watching future interviews with you in.
100 years from now Dr. Peterson's work will be the adult voice of reason for this generation.
Shoutout to Stanley Piers for helping his dad conduct a great interview
This was a fantastic interview. Engaging throughout, thought-provoking, relevant, full of useful life lessons and anecdotes. Thank you Jordan and Piers, more of this please!
This interview/conversation is incredibly interesting....I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you both. I'll be back to watch the remaining 10 minutes or so.
I admire these two gentlemen. God bless you both!
Oh man, hearing these two talk again for a second time is just such a treat. Thank you, thank you, thank you
I am a musician and I'm glad you talk about the power of silence Piers. Obviously, in every discipline this element goes a long way.
So true.
It's a pity he doesn't practice what he preaches . I'd be happy for him to stay silent forever. The guy is utter hypocrite and an invidious hack.
the best music is made (IMO) by people who understand there is music in between the notes too.
@@eccehomer8182 please don’t fly off the handle at this question. Just answer it. If you feel that strongly about the man… WHY did you click when there are so, many, other, things - to click on?
It is especially pertinent with Piers.
Honestly Peirs is someone I’ve changed my opinion on most over the years and seeing him having this self awareness really struck me. He genuinely seems like a decent chap personally in contrast to what’s often seen.
An exceptional discussion between two reasonable and wise men. I have not always been a fan of Piers Morgan. However, I've seen him grow from quick to react with his opinion to the listener who contemplates before responding instead of aggressively reacting.
One of the best conversations I’ve ever heard with the professor. But because piers is Pier’s.. the honesty between these on topics that again everyone skirts around without a opinion.. I always find refreshing and I’m smiling because this is how I grew up and the world I know. Thank you two for all that pure authenticity 🙏❤️🙏☕️🚬
❤️💯❤️💯❤️
so happy this kind of conversation takes place. Truly lovely dialogue.... I feel like I am seeing Pierce grow
Oh I hate it when Pierce Morgan is all honest & vulnerable!! I’m far more comfortable loving to hate him. 😟
🤣😂🤣
For me, Jordan was someone special. When I was feeling lost, he gave me a direction, a way of thinking like no other before him managed to, and I’m so so thankful for that. And not only he gave me that, but he also gifted me with a better understanding of how a world works and what is my responsibility and what is not. Ofcrouse I don’t agree with everything he says, but focusing only on that would be a missed opportunity. Thank you Dr Peterson for making me a better person.
Wow this is incredible I never have gotten to see Piers Morgan in this way- just so honest and real and human and because he is talking to you in this way I really really like him now. I don't know if I didn't like him before but I didn't really know much about him before
I was happy Piers listened to you and when I saw that interview I remember thinking he was listening vs interrupting as he usually does and I remember thinking two things were remarkable about that interview which was that he listened meaning I felt he respected you as a PERSON and also that what Jordan said about incels was DEEPLY touching. It spoke to every man and every woman on the side of them. I didn’t know it gained both of you more exposure and I’m so glad!
While listening to this, I thought of the phrase "crisp clarity ". Every word is valuable and well placed. Every sentence develops the thought. Every thought seeking truth. Thank you! 👍
Wow very well worded. Hope I can one day have conversations or write like this!
Wonderfully worded, no surprise you noticed the same :) thank you
Never been a fan of Piers Morgan, the Mirror is an awful newspaper, but he comes across well in this interview, responding openly to Dr Peterson's razor sharp mind. Dr Peterson's interviews are outstanding. He comes across as a man of great learning with real integrity and high moral standards. I love his anti-woke stance. It impresses me that he was able to come through his serious illness and come out of it stronger than ever. I also sense a sadness in him too, that he has perhaps struggled with depression etc. He is also a very stylish dresser and in a world of scruffiness that is very nice to see. Although struggling with depression, anxiety and not feeling well physically, I find myself feeling somewhat uplifted watching these programmes. Perhaps it is just to do with having one's mind stimulated by great conversations which deal with really important issues, as opposed to the latest trivia about "celebrities" pumping out of the MSM.
I’ve never known about Piers aside from his interview with JP, whom I also have just started follow ing the last couple of days. I think both of them are great in this session: JP with his mind, and PM with his full of experiences. They might not be right about everything (they are not God), but they know themselves pretty well and positively engage in a helpful conversation. I’ve never known that one day I would prefer watching these types of 2-3 hours long conversation than films and movies.
