Here, I tell you the labor productivity rates for various project activates. You can use this productivity rates to calculate number of labor (manpower) required for the project and also to calculate labor cost for the project. cost estimation paid coarse is on real and actual project of a multistory building?
because many instructor assumes to much which is useless in real life,
assumption can't work in engineering,
we want to learn actual, accurate,precise, quantity take off and cost estimation,which can be use in real life practice.

Civil productivity nice we r waiting for MEP. Some are missing riprap. Chain link fence. Kerb stone . cutting and bending steel. machinery productivity also. Already I sent request regard primevera full project with BOQ cost load and project cost as budget ( resources)

Whatif i added 1 more laborer any of them how can i calculate the new productivity?
For example curbstone fixing with 1 mason 1 helper doing 15 m2
If i add 1 helper how can i calculate new productivty?

Thank you for the question. See, the productivity is the assumption upon which the cost will be estimated, and hence it should be realistic and practical. So how to know the impact of the 1 helper that you want to add to the group? This can come from observation or past experience or historical data or other online resources that talks about productivity. But in general labors are different from each other depending on age and strength and many other factors. So whatever expected productivity from a specific number of labors is just an assumption that built on some realistic basis as mentioned above.
