    Dear Ahmet Adel,
    I really value Your videos, they are so clear, points right to the root of issue. Your pronunciation, speed of talking just for me, indeed! U started all from the scratch, i learned the basis from your videos. Please, continue your work since its really valuable infomation resource for those who have weak basis in cost control! Especially those videos with excel explanation are really productive.

    Hi Sir, thanks for this wonderful content. What can you advise to those planners and QS or cost engineers who work together in a project control team? Basically, planners measures the physical progress of the work while QS/Cost Engineers measures the progress for payment application. There will be a time that the progress of both can be compared and discrepancies will arise.

    Mr. Adel
    When i calculated the progress percentage from unit completion technic
    And other cost ratio . Is it possible to find them diferent percentage or not?
    And what is the phisical completion , is it same as unit completion percentage or cost complation percentage ?
    And when i calculate percentage by payment certificate for example
    (Payment certified to date)/(contract price ) is that same progress with phisical progress ?
    Thank you

    • @CEPQS
      @CEPQS  Před rokem

      Thank you for watching and question. From payment total work / total amount = progress % (yes) but without the deductions. Unit completion and cost ratio are not guaranteed to give the same percentage.
