39:12 I'm amazed that you can talk at that pace! 🙌🏻
38:59 was my guess. I love that you actually sounded like you were working hard. So many other channels where the host is trying for a PB and they hardly look strained by the end.
Big thank you to TRC - I raced my first 10K yesterday, whilst seriously under the weather. Binge watched TRC content the night before for inspiration and managed to beat my target time by c3 mins! (and got my 3rd fastest 10k, fastest since 2020).
Well done!! 👏🏻
@@AmyTheEarthling Thank you :)
Jess has been an awesome addition to TRC. Absolutely love her character.
Agreed she's great isn't she?
She's awesome ❤ great energy
Ahh! I love Jess she has such a lovely nature! Get it girl 🎉 I reckon you can do it in 38:12 in 12 weeks time! You’ve got this xx
As someone who just got into running in January the idea of running 4min km’s is like the holy grail. Running anything faster than 5km for 800meters is a struggle. Congrats on the run Jess, yourself and this channel have become a great motivator
Keep banging away at it, you’ll get there before you know it. I’m 53 I ran the 10k winter run @ 4:03km, it’s not easy, buts it’s doable
@@ZeldaFitz"before you know it" might be a bit misleading ;D
But it is something that can at least genetically be achieved by most
Thank you for bringing us along for this journey with you and well done!
Wow Jess you were flying along! You smashed that , and you will ace your next one in 12 weeks 💪💪
she is so lovely and inspiring.
I'm a 60 year old new runner (10 months) with three 10k under my belt. Also been 5st weight loss in that time. Trying to run under 60 minutes on 13th April at Tatton (best in 63m). This video has been unbelievably inspiring Jess. So amazing to see how hard you work. I reckon you'll run 38:42....good luck!!
That was awesome. I have a 10k event in May. After watching this video I did exactly what you did and ran 45:50. Thank you so much Jess and to everyone at the running channel.
That is awesome. Great job. Your video is why we all run. Thanks for sharing 👍
Great video Jess and TRC, really liked hearing about how you started your running journey and what keeps you going. I think you’ve got sub 38:30 well within sight!
I appreciate hearing her breathing so hard at the end there. Makes me feel so normal. Thank you for putting yourself out there, Jess! You got this!
The recent 10k female runner's PB I know is 29 minutes. Now how do you, guys feel (men/women)?
And Jess, you just need to reduce the time 2 min since talking not too Much while training, yup. 28, this was my recent second split half, if there's any question about me, about running. Thank you,,,,
🌡 this morning.... (1 day later), Better sleep, after 🤔all.
That's how I sound in Z2 (seriously)

Jess, that was such an amazing and motivating 10k run! =D YOU ROCK!
Everyone needs a training buddy like Jess - so sunny & positive! 38:10 - you've got this Jess 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Nice effort! Im going to say 38:29 you can do it! Sub 38:30 is within reach!
I wear everything under armor, except my shoes. Never been able to try them!
This channel has helped me develop from a non runner to someone training for my first half marathon! Ran 5 miles yesterday for the 2nd time ever!
Jess, you absolute legend!! You're an inspiration. Sending you hugs from The Netherlands.
Brilliant effort, looking forward to your new pb in 12 weeks.❤😊
incredible work, I recon a 37:40 time is going to be achieved, I'm currently training for a long trail run and this channel has been inspiring
Love this video, so relatable. Would like to shave time off my 5k and 10k (running goals for this year) and seeing this has inspired me it can be done. Amazing work jess and love the video and your positive vibes. ❤
This video is brilliant 🤩 and what I need to follow to improve my time 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Well done ... You're bloody fast ! Keep up and all the best for you up coming race
Great run and most inspiring video. I guess that you could've done a sub-40 with this outing, already, had it not been for all the talking! 😂
Thanks for taking us along. I was real frazzled by the end - that's how engaging you were. Great edit and overall production.
You've got it and will easily smash through your PB; even a sub 36:36!
You are awesome !!!! I'll be running out of breath already
I think I guessed around 36 mins over on IG so was a bit optimistic but I know how much you can achieve Jess when you set your mind to it. Loved this video and can't wait to see how you get on!
Gotta love the confident running Jess always displays. No pressure but I'm pretty sure she can go for 37:14!
Interesting my pb is 37.13
@@NathanHeaver takes a lot of hard work to get there man! props to you
Well done Jess! I've been injured for over a year and just trying to ease back into it after a hip injury feels like I'll never get back to a faster pace but i'm grateful just to be able to run again atm! I always say come on at the end of a really tough run too like you if I'm flat out 😂 you'll smash it and get sub 40 very very soon! X
Love this channel. Thank you for the inspiration. I just ran my first 5k today.
Really enjoying this channel
Great effort Jess, I could feel your pain at the end there 🎉
Can't wait to see how you get on!
Love this, thank you needed this for my run this morning
Uirhek😅e😅e😅uuriyeue😊
38.55. Great run, well done for talking us through it!
Beyond impressive, you got this 💪
Let’s go Jess, you’ve got this!! 🔥💪
Good job
I also get chocked up just before the finish line
Awesome effort. I believe that with a good training plan you will go under 39 minutes. The trainers do look amazing, I’m going to have to see the review because I’ve never considered Under Armour for running before today.
Really loving the stylised edits on this one!
Great work.
Solid effort👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Love the videos!
Massive well done for giving it your all, Jess! You're such a strong runner, I reckon on race day you'll be shaving a nice wee chunk off your PB. Go sub 39mins! 💪😊👍
really nice 40min 10k that is really good. Thank you for your vidéo
Awesome. I'm signed up for my first 10k later this year so I'll be following this with interest. I liked your mentality and motivation tips too. With 12 weeks of focus you can squeeze that time down. I'll say 37.37 over 10k for you. Sub 50min is what I'm aiming for.
That was so impressive lady . You are an inspiration .
Thank you!
38:56 well done Jess, your a great addition to the team & amazing for putting yourself out there like this
Amazing effort Jess! My prediction is that you will be 38:28 in another 12 weeks. You’ve absolutely got this 💪
You've got this Jess! 38:48 is my prediction. Also, the video editing of this vid is top notch
Nice run i sometimes struggle too. This is inspiring ❤
Love you Jess your a great recent addition to the running channel. 🏃♀️ 👍
Love the energy you bring to these videos Jess. I recon you get a 37:00 in 12 weeks
Well done 👊🏻
Loved watching this - 38 mins 🎉
I loved this!
Keep on improving!! can't wait to see what you get 🤞a PB, good luck!! I think 38:24
39:17 I amazed you could maintain such pace and running form till end of run. Such impressive performance ✨
I have followed the running channel for 2 years. This video motivated me and gave me more courage that I started running as a disabled person that no one took notice off. Today Im well respected in the running community. Well done Jess and the team. I think you will get 37:47. I have confidence that you will shave off 2:30 mins.
Fabulous running. So impressive to run and talk at that pace! I’m going to guess around 38.42. Well done Jess🎉🎉
Amazing inspiration! Im thinking 38 something, u go girl! 🤩
This is really nice and inspiring
You made me laugh so much when you said: "Where is the finish?", always feels that way as we get closer to the finish line...
Amazing effort!
39:01 - Best of luck Jess! Loved the video and looking forward to seeing the results after training.
Jeez, Jess!! Amaazing job - and it's just the start.... I could quite literally feel your struggle in the last kms🙈👏👏 Great effort and time!! With this determination I bet you can go for 38:19 💪🏃♀️🏃♀️Go, get it!!👍
Great running Jess, I can't imagine running at that pace . You will smash it at 39.12
Brilliant running Jess! Hope I can run a sub 40 minute 10k one day
Memphis Tn checking in, “We 💙 you Jess”…trying to do a 10k May 25th under 50mins, thanks for the motivation
Makes me appreciate how quick Andy is and how great a runner Jess is.
I reckon you'll smash your PB - 38.47
Pretty sure I’d be crying if I had to run 10k that fast. Great job!
38:30, you can do it Jess!!!
Looking forward to following your training videos.
That's a fantastic effort; really amazing run Jess well done i felt every kilometre you ran it was amazing to watch you i might this try to break my 50 minute 10 k its been my goal for 3 years now after watching you do your run i relise that its up to me i can make it happen ; thanks to you and i feel you shall get close to #38;00 minutes myself
Aw, so lovely to see that the RUNNING MACHINE that is Jess is human too, with doubts, worries and anger!
Some great words of wisdom too.
Good luck, Jess - I reckon 39:32... X
amazing!
38.17 this was such a motivating and encouraging video❤️You can do this!
Fantastic mindset, running is challenging, fun and rewarding.
What a fantastic video
Would love Them shoes 😮
Wow, Jess, you're such an inspiration! It was nice learning about how you get motivated while running. I have a feeling you'll crush the 10k it around an impressive 39:30!
Amazing to be able to talk at that pace for that distance, Jess! 38.27 - assuming you won't be vlogging it!
How amazing for a benchmark run! Love watching these videos and seeing the hard work and subsequent improvement - these help keep me motivated with my running too! Really enjoyed the mindset chat on this one too - very relatable. I think Jess will be able to do this in 38:30 !
So glad I discovered this channel and this video! Jess is very inspirational. I just ran a 10K race and have a long way to go to reach Jess's pace, but I am motivated to put in the training like her. :) I bet she will achieve 38:30 after her training!
38.4 go for it. Love this channel
Well done 👍 Jess I can see you put your Heart ❤️ and soul in that Training session and I can absolutely agree with what you were saying about doing it for yourself, Run your own Race and change your mindset from a negative thought of mind to a positive, I have struggled with my mindset and never thought I would smash ❗ a 5k parkrun 🌳 in under 20 mins, but I did
19.45 and you will also with that positive mental thinking. Your 10k Race time I think 💬 will be 39.40👍
Surely Jess has a 37:58 in her! Also I’m so impressed!!! Bloody fast!!! Great job
Damn your awesome Jess, I love watching you run and hear you talk about the mental part as well. I recognize myself in a lot of the stuff you mentioned regarding self doubt, wanting to be the fastest etc. I wish I could recognize your apeed in myself as well 😂
Right, I'll throw a 38:57 in the ring.
Another great video, Jess has become a great member of the Running Channel Team, I'm guessing she do it in 39:16. Go Jess
It’s amazing that you can still talk and run !
Stunning solo TT - surely that was tougher alone, non-race setting. Bloody well done 👍
I forgot 😂 38:57
It was great to hear more about Jess’ background with running.
You've hit the nail on the head about changing your mindset. I'm struggling a lot at the moment to have the confidence just to enter races because I think I won't do well and so it'll be a waste of time. I would love to run a sub 40 10km but my mind is just not there yet. Predicting you'll get it in 38:52.
38:38 good luck! - big finish lines definitely get me crying :)
😮 Wow very good! you run a lot! I did 10k in 53 minutes. But I had an injury a few months later and I'm slowly coming back.
I felt your pain at the end of that. Where is the end!! Been there! Amazing benchmark run. Every second faster is excruciating at that speed but Jess is young strong and hungry for the PB so I think 38:40 for your final time!
Im starting 10k garmin coach tomorrow. My first 10k, so exited :)
Jess you’re going to kill it! I think you’ll hit a PB for sure. 38:45 is my guess of where you’ll end up, you’ve got the grit and tenacity to smash it.
Well done ❤
Amazing effort ❤ I think by the end of training 10k in 38:30. Great presenter 😊
Inspired 😊
Very good , I like it 👍
