Do you have a video or instructions on how to run the lines that water hose lines off the the fuel separator the intake manifold as well as the two lines coming from the front of the engine block thank you

Is there any tourque specs to the instake manifold?
Is that a 2001? my 1999 df70 looks the same and I think I need a new VST also,but my worse problem is I have an oil leak thats dripping out of the front of motor and spewing oily soot in the water exit at the prop,fouling my plugs,,wondering if its my oil pump seals,maybe you have advise? Other than that compression is good

I have 2017 Suzuki df90. just changed the fuel pump. But it seems that I have air in the system so the pump does not suck the fuel (i can hear it working). What should I do?
For the same motor SUZUKI DF70 ( model 1998 ) Do you have a video / information how to :
a) properly remove the drive shaft to change the bearings and seals inside ? ( all parts below the impeller )
b) properly remove the propeller shaft assemly to replace the bearings and check the pinion gear set?
I have a DF90 and there is no power going through the plug ok the vst/high pressure pump. Anyone know if this could be a fuse or?... Any advice would be amazing
Hello! I want to ask, my suzuki, 90, over 4000 RPM speed drive about 5-10 minutes engine like cramps, and then can't accelerate, feel there is not enough oil supply, can only be returned to the gap, only after the knob pump oil, to speed up, can only keep about 2500 turn here to open, after a little way to begin to appear this problem again. Is this also about high pressure oil pump failure?
What is the part number of the fuel pump, and where did you buy it?

Any recommendation on a 2007 4 stroke fuel injected that cranks but it does not stay on? One thing I have not checked is the fuel rail pressure spark plugs just cleaned is not in gear and it has clean high octane fuel.
+rafael johnson Not sure on this. The only thing we can think of is something changed with the bell housing? Maybe something switched to the new design with the new mounts?
I have a suzuki DF60 looks like the same thing here, to clean the mesh on the filter on the pump inside the VST, do you have to take it off the pump and clean from inside, or as it is on the pump?
We would take the filter off and clean it on both sides to insure that it is clean.
OK Thanks! How do I get the rubber piece off the filter? Do those smaller rubber pieces act as some kind of lock to keep the filter in place?

Refer to your owner’s manual and check all the fuses on the engine.
Ok, what is it when i replaced the fuel pump and reinstalled and i can hear the pump run but i can get fuel to come out past the new HP fuel filter. I turn on and off so it comes on, i took it off and tested with a nine volt battery and the pumps shot out fuel about 4" tall so i know it works, i know fuel is getting to the seperator because i can drain gas. is there a vent that would let the gas flow rather than keeping suction on it the entire time?
by the way, brand new low pressure fuel pump, as well as new screen filter under HP fuel pump. this is a df 90 but seems to work the same.
no pressure out of fuel rail, seems that the pump is not strong enough to push the gas out. I tried suction to the line got gas but even after that i cant get fuel out when I turn on the ignition and the pump runs for the 3 seconds.

Hey friend I hope isn’t to late to ask . But when you did replace the high pressure fuel pump . Did you have any light problem like. ( REV. Limit) I ask you because sounds like I have same problem. But you did not mention if you have any lights problem on yours.

If high pressure pump is bad it wont run, if it runs but falters in some way, could be the low pressure pump or probably one or more of the filters. Could also be a sensor. Biggest thing you can do to keep from having trouble is use alcohol free fuel and when you store the boat after every use, unhook the fuel line run it until it dies then find the drain for the VST tank and drain it completely. Search for the service manual, it is available for free online. Here is a link to the manual, you can download.
