Is tDcs considered as a therapy or just a pain control?
It's still being tested, but it is considered an experimental therapy for the treatment of some mental disorders.
My other question is who’s allowed to administer this TDCS? or who can do it?

Current intensity should be adjusted to client comfort level.
@@julietwhite96 only a little bit of burning/tingling/itching feeling, but most devices can be adjusted lower power
