Japanese Corn Soup | wa's Kitchen

in Japan you can find instant corn soup off the shelf. We'd fix it quickly and have it at any meal, or just add it as a side dish. Since I can't find it at the store here, I give you a quick recipe for it. Please try it out!

Ingredients (for 5 people) :
- 600g of corn in can
- 670ml milk
- 25g unsalted butter
- 1/2 onion
- 100g heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2/3 tsp kosher salt
