Easy way- I do every day. Drop 1 spoon of methi in glass and then pour water to full. Next day sieve it. Drink this water in morning. Wet seeds keep in a different steel bowl and cover it. Do it daily like adding the methi in same bowl and drinking water. Sprouts keep appearing the very next day. And in 4-5 days these will grow big. Just stir everyday. No need to add extra water.
