      Ahh thank you! Miss you too, Emily! Honestly, I just threw a bunch of ingredients together and didn't note down quantities, but I'll do my best to recall:
      Ingredients:
      2 ripe bananas
      ~3/4 cup rolled oats
      ~1/3 cup spelt flour
      ~2 T ground flax seeds and I think like 1/2 C water
      ~half cup choco chips
      ~1/2 cup maple syrup
      2 eggs or maybe three eggs? haha
      maybe like a cup of soy milk
      1/2 sachet of baking powder
      ~1 teaspoon cinnamon
      Instructions:
      Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then, add the wet ingredients. And mix all together. Then, pour into a baking dish. Bake on 180 C for about 15-20 minutes (keep an eye on them). Enjoy! Sorry it's so not specific haha
