    Great video man this had so much good information in here. Im really struggling to decide which machine to get a deus 1 or 2 but think i might go with the 2 just because of the toughess and being waterproof and try learn it. Although i just could not gel with the equinox it went off on every piece of junk and annoyed the hell out of me. Just hoping the deus 2 isnt as bad.

      The Deus 2 is an amazing machine and is much more rugged than the D1. The Deus machines have much more audio information on trashy targets than the Nox.

      @@PaystreakSuperfreak I totally agree with that man i hated the Nox in trashy sites.

      Had the Nox800. For the life of me I can’t see how ppl think it’s better in iron than Deus. Happily sold the Nox I guess if you never had steak you think hamburger is amazing. Lol.

    This is interesting, I’ve asked on uk 🇬🇧 groups about the benefit of the deus 2 over the 1 regarding detecting on iron infested Roman fields and a lot of people say the deus 1 still does better. I also can say that the simplex for whatever reason also does well in iron, better than the equinox which for the life of me could not get to work in Roman inhabited fields. Roman fields are the worst as they left behind 1000s if not millions of hobnails from their shoes which are tiny square nails about 1/2” long

    Thank you for the videos..I seen CB doing testing and yours on concrete, I wonder if they used rebar. I know my AQ's coil setting on the sidewalk and I turn it on it goes into overload.

    I would follow the mono approach if i were to get a D2. I understand that the D2 is for serious detectorists. My question relates more to my attempt at dealing with the EMF compromise under limited site availability for the new machine. Can you describe some scale of value that D2 mono does/ may have over the regular Deus? Coming from you, that would help me with a decision.

    Hmm.. So.. which is better high frequency mono or your sparky program in iron?

    • @PaystreakSuperfreak
      @PaystreakSuperfreak  Před 2 lety

      I have tried sparky program in heavy iron and it does not do well. Deus 2 mono frequencies work much better in iron than FMF programs. Multi frequencies on all machines do not do that great in iron. Fast program does work well in iron but I think mono works great.

    Yo streak I’d like you to please try my programme for d2
    Mono. 31.1 kHz
    4 tones.
    Tone 1. -6.4 @100hz mineral
    Tone 2. 6. @ 200hz Iron
    Tone 3. 99. @ 800 hz non ferrous
    Tone 4. 100hz mineral / falseing
    Tone 4 is a throw away time so you can run it flat out at a GB of 63
    Silencer 0
    Caps 0
    Negative ground to this extreme allows a full X-ray of the ground with EXTREME depth and separation. You’ll be amazed at this setting please try it you won’t be disappointed!!

    "The Equinox in all the programs just goes silent when I get next to that big iron, right?" No, not right. In your own video--the one you are referencing when you made this statement--the equinox hit the dime with a repeating high tone--one way--in both Park 2 and Field 1. I assume those were stock settings, because we never see the iron bias or recovery speed settings and you make no attempt to adjust them to dial in the dime. Then, in the first video, the Deus 2 struggled at first in several programs to hit the dime until you spent at least four minutes making adjustments to finally hit it.

    • @PaystreakSuperfreak
      @PaystreakSuperfreak  Před 2 lety +1

      Did you notice how Simplex and D2 hit it swinging both directions over the target!! I did have the recovery speed at 7 and iron bias at 0 F2 if that really makes a difference on performance on the equinox in iron anyway. D2 was smashing that target if you hadn't noticed

  • @virkutisss3563

    in that iron, no point using -1 silencer, set 2 and then test

  • @reddieseled
    @reddieseled Před 8 měsíci

    Is it just me or does the simplex do better than both of these?

    • @PaystreakSuperfreak
      @PaystreakSuperfreak  Před 8 měsíci +1

      This is just a bench test. Once you hunt with each of these detectors over soil you begin to understand why there is a big price difference.

  • @cortesani1965
    @cortesani1965 Před rokem

    Ma che test è questo...intanto dovresti allontanare altri oggetti dal target...nel test del simplex hai le piastre del deus vicinissime..
    e spazzolare sopra lo stesso, non centrarlo...da vicino, non hai la stessa spazzolata con tutti i metal.
