2017 Yamaha Sidewinder Project Sled!

- Kristina and I went out to pick up a new to me Yamaha Sidewinder I bought off a fella on Facebook market place. it's got some major damage to the chassis but it's the motor I'm after! I want to use this sled as a donor for my 2000 T-Cat...I think for next season of radar runnin it would be cool to be rippin my T-Cat powered by a Yamaha Sidewinder motor and of course a big ol dirty Turbo!!! yeah but to bad Yamaha don't have mountain sleds anymore like 2 stokes .. 4stroke wont work good in mountain riding and to me pretty much Yamaha snowmobile is motorcycle with skies it sure sound like motorcycle

A 50mm old school turbo! They will push 42 lbs/min. At 30psi good for 400hp ish. I have one in my 2.9 ranger
