He's aged well in the sense that he still has a good hairline and seems to be in good shape but aside from that he shouldn't really be expected to age drastically from 35 to 42 unless he has

The great Milan teams in the late 80's-mid 90's were even more feared under Arrigo Sacchi and Fabio Capello.
