Great video. Would the spacers create more rub or less rub? I also have 2019 TRD Pro Eibach springs already installed and aligned. I wasn't thinking about using any spacers ! Thanks for all your help.
With stock tire size I had no rubbing, I even ran the spacers before the springs with no issues.
Spacers would cause more rub.
I'm getting my springs installed this week. I already don't have mud flaps. Hopefully minimal rubbing. Wondering if I will have rubbing if I removed my spacers.
Same here.
So I rubbed pretty bad with spacers. Took them off and plenty of room. I actually like the tucked look on the 4R. On Jeeps I like the wider tire.

Thanks man hell yeah can't wait for my install
Hey Baka, Looks good!! I’m have my appointment setup to have my springs installed on my 2020pro. Question so after you removed the mud flaps you had no rubbing in that area? Also what was your caster number after the alignment? Also I will be running SCS wheels which are 8.5 inch wheel do you think mine will rub the same way cause you added spacers which pushed your wheels out so I’m thinking my wheels should sit about where your are? Any info be great. Thank you.
After removing the mud flaps I haven’t had any rubbing in that area. My caster is right at 3*.
Baka180 Thank you Baka!! How is the power loss with the 285’s does it seem really noticeable?
It is noticeable at times but not bad enough that I want to regear or go back tire sizes. I can see it being a possible issue on long road trips going 70mph+
@@Baka180SX Thank you for this info. Do you think I’m crazy to go with these springs on my ‘22’Pro and 275/70/17 vs 285/70/17 and not have to worry about rubbing as well as power management?
How was it without spacers?, also and other upgrades like a UCA?…..thanks in advance
Hey just saw your video of the spring and tire install. Any opinion now that you’ve had it a few years? Have you done much off roading?
Hey brother! I am looking to fit the same 285 nitto grappler. So if I am understanding your video... You kept your suspension stock and just upgraded your tires, front/rear springs with eibach, and a spacer to push the wheel out?
Let me know brother!!! (Which eibach springs did you go with?)
I had these installed locally and while they went in no problem, seems like the alignment shop can't get castor better than ~1*. Did you sacrifice some camber for a 3* caster?
I was able to equal everything out with camber exactly at 0* and caster at 3*.
@@Baka180SX next round alignment and was able to get the same! Great video - thanks man.
