Graduated with Jake in 2005 - don’t get it twisted, the dude is a beast in his own right. Played tons of tackle football on the weekends with him and he was always one of the heaviest hitters and best overall athletes out there. Glad to see he’s well. Can definitely tell they're brothers! I love the neck adjustments but it does take some getting used to...the movies have fear mongered it. Misalignment of your neck creates so much pressure on the rest of your spine.

My lower right back neck to my spine. Painful and then goes numb burning pins and needles. Got rear ended in a car accident 25 years ago. Been stretching doing stem and ultra sound chiropractor helps. What else will help. Those cups?! Thanks Seth. Your brother such an awesome dude

I’m only 27 and I can feel it starting to impact my long runs by feeling lower back pain I never used to have, may be due to poor posture but would love to hear from his expertise!
