How does this help? We cannot keep the ADSL modem/router anywhere where wifi is weak, because it can only be one standard ethernet cable length away from the primary modem. So basically this will help only in increasing LAN ports

Configure ചെയ്യാൻ പോകുന്ന router ന്‌ മെയിൻ router ന്റെ WiFi name ഉം password ഉം ആയിരിക്കും....
രീസെട് ചെയ്തിട്ട് ആ മോഡം WiFi വഴി കണക്കറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക. Same procedures തന്നെ ആണ് പിന്നെ ആകെ ഉള്ള മാറ്റം wireless ഇല് പോയിട്ട് WPS Bridge ഓൺ ആക്കണം എന്നിട്ട് സ്കാൻ ചെയ്യുക അപ്പോൾ മെയിൻ റൂട്ടർ അവിടെ കാണും , അത് സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുക.
പിന്നെ മെയിൻ റൂട്ടർ connect ചെയ്യുക അതിലും ലോഗിൻ ചെയ്ത് WPS Bridge ഓൺ ആക്കി സ്കാൻ ചെയ്ത് സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുക. റീബൂട്ട് ചെയ്യുക...ഓഫ് ആക്കി ഓൺ ആകിയാൽ രണ്ടിൽ നിന്നും ഇന്റർനെറ്റ് കിട്ടും

First reset old ADSL modem router. Then connect via LAN cable to PC. Login 192.198.1.1. Go to modem page. Id admin pas admin. Internet setup page , untick DHCP server

TP Link.ADSL modem can b configured by doing the same procedure. If there is WDS option, U can configure it as wifi repeater without LAN cable.

bro i tried the same using wds, but once the main router channel is changed automatically, the repeater modem gets stuck in old channel making it useless.

ADSL മോഡം ഒന്നുകിൽ ലാൻ കേബിൾ വഴി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വൈഫൈ വഴി PC OR LAP ഇൽ കണക്ട് ചെയ്യുക. എന്നിട്ട് ഏതെങ്കിലും ബ്രൗസറിൽ 192.168.1.1 എന്നു ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്ത് മോഡം പേജിൽ യൂസർ ഐഡി പാസ്‌വേഡ് അഡ്മിൻ അഡ്മിൻ എന്നു കൊടുത്തശേഷം ഇന്റർനെറ്റ് സെറ്റപ്പ് പേജിൽ കയറി DHCP SERVER എന്ന ഓപ്ഷൻ disable ചെയ്യുക/ ടിക്ക് മാർക് കളയുക. തുടർന്ന് അവിടെ തന്നെ മോഡം IP അഡ്രസ്‌ 192.168.1.2 എന്നാക്കി മാറ്റി സേവ് റീബൂട്ട് ചെയ്യുക. സംശയമുള്ളവർ 8075233017 വിളിക്കൂ. 9495167626 Whtsap
