You are only 22, meaning just out of your studies, I understand you are pursuing a career since a very young age, which by all means is remarkable. However what got me pleasantly surprised is you saying that you have saved up 20 years of rent, which is unfathomable! Really interested to get a few tips on how you save so much. Such a little age and so good at saving. please do ponder on the topic
Could you please make a video on how to go about finding an apartment, the formalities needed (paper work) for renting and the whole packing and moving process? it seems so daunting process as in how to get it done smoothly.
20 years of rent saved up @50k a month will 6L a year and for 20years it will be 1.2cr. Did by any chance you meant 20months? Else that might put you in top 20 under 20 list of a magazine. Anyhow congratulations on your new apartment. And kudos to your conviction to chart things on your own and live single 👏👏👍

The apartment seems perfect! I also think the windows contribute a lot to overall aesthetic. I really like the floors too because they look easy to clean, and the colour themes make the rooms look really spacious and pleasant.
