You are correct. Don’t do this. It was really not respectful of her or anyone else.
That’s disgusting. I wouldn’t even admit to that! She THINKS she’s funny, but she is not.
I have never understood why people want to do this. If the ashes are scattered on a ride, they will only get vacuumed up and end up in a landfill. Similarly, I have also heard that flowers are replaced every night, so sprinkling them in a flower bed won't work either.

Whoopi admitted to breaking the rule then she should at the very least get 1 year banned from all Disney property and at most, and I think this one appropriate, a lifetime ban. Whoopi new the rule and did it anyway, and with her confession, she encouraged others to do the same. Celebrities think they are better than everyone else and should not be treated special at all.
I heard ppl have scattered their loved ones ashes on country roads or in the ocean. but this is different.... Like why Disneyland?
Whatever makes her happy its her mom not yalls to judge how she grieves and does something for her angel mama.
