@@roxanneg6538 Definitely! So personally, I am a current student at ISU, and I'm not too fond of the school. It. has good academics, but I don't really like the culture at this school. Also, Ames is a small town in the middle of the midwest, so there isn't a lot of places to go and do things. But as for transportation, I have to admit, ISU has a great bus system that will take you all over Ames or anywhere you need to go in Ames. Overall, I have to say that Ames is a pretty safe place. I have been out walking late at night numerous times before and have felt that it is very safe to do so. There isn't a lot of crime and ISU campus police ensures the safety of students.
