Allegations of gross abuse of public funds - Speaker Anita Among blames those fighting her

The controversial allegations of mismanagement of public funds by the administration of Parliament have taken another twist as speaker, Anita Among, shifts the blame to those fighting her speakership.
While addressing a gathering during the exercise to update and display the NRM Members register in Bukedea, Speaker Anita Among trashed the allegations, asking the voters to turn a deaf ear.
The social-Media-led allegations are being fueled by the opposition wing in Parliament, led by the leader of opposition, Joel Ssenyonyi, who, on Friday, promised to engage a higher gear in demanding for the accountability in question.
