I'm a designer from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I've worked overseas in Brunei before and lost my job due to company closure a few years back. Since then I moved back to home and has been freelancing eversince.
The job market here isn't as good as pre-pandemic even in terms of freelancing even. How is the freelance job market where you are now?
I think the whole world is impacted now for jobs, it can be challenging but I think there is always going to be a need for design! Here in Sydney everyone is struggling a bit, lately I have had to adjust how much I charge to accommodate for that.
@@PaolaKassa That's true. I've been cutting down on my prices as well. Even if it means I'm making less the monthly needs to survive.
