    As a freelance graphic designer myself I could not agree with you more. Especially agree with having to know yourself and what you can handle. The biggest thing I noticed when going full time freelance was how little time I actually took off work because of how busy I’d be, but could then go through a period of wondering if I’d ever get a client again. It’s very mentally challenging.

      Working with a friend can be super interesting. I try to treat it as though they are just another client otherwise they think they can get away with not meeting deadlines on providing the data, trying to get "deals" and being more problematic. I think setting boundaries and letting them know right off the bat that you are not expecting them to be like a friend but a client.

    Once again, awesome video. Keep it up! ☺️

      @PaolaKassa  Před 4 lety +2

      @@PaolaKassa Hey there! Thanks for getting round to replying and I really appreciate the response however I feel I worded my question poorly... What I really want to know (in simple terms) is what to do if a customer asks to prove that you've worked said hours. I've heard of like timing apps etc but wondered if you'd encountered anything similar or know of any good tools of tracking time spent on projects that would be viable proof for customers.
      If you are still struggling to understand what I mean (I get it a lot haha) feel free to DM me and we can chat. :)
