    I remember smashing out houses like it was yesterday. Can't say I miss it much but there is a sense of achievement when finishing a job and working in a great crew like this. Only thing I noticed was the ceiling recess running along the wall with a gap will leave the edge of recess next to 55mm cornice which is a pain for setter. But this is a pro crew 100%

    Wish we could use your drywall boards in the U.K. they look so much easier to cut and hang than the gypsum plasterboard we use! Our board material we have to score with Stanley knife snap it like you but then cut the other side to actually get the cut off. Then rasp the cut edge smooth. Plus if the board is slight damp from the cold they are a nightmare to get a good clean cut edge🙄. Nice to see you use the same screw guns though they are a god send💪😁

      Hi Mark. Great question. Only in rooms where there are 3 or more joints. So most bedrooms here are 3 sheets wide and only 2 joints so they don't need them. Thanks for watching. Appreciate you

    What's the reasoning behind putting the boards with glue In between the nailer? IS it simply for anti sag? I'm a drywaller in Vernont USA and I've never seen anyone locally do this and our weather here is....well, we get hot and bitter cold and our joints/butts don't Crack. Yet I see CZcamsrs do this

  • @riggy18ify
    @riggy18ify Před 4 lety +3

    How is this quick? Just get some benchs no need to stretch putting on glue and needing all the steps. Also should be floating joints with stitching battens not joining on joists.
