Claire has created this class herself and begins the class by sharing her own routine of strength exercises for improving pointe technique. As well as talking through her own personal pointe shoe journey, Claire reveals how she personally prepares her pointe shoes before wearing them and dancing in them. On top of all of those exciting things, Claire finishes the class by putting all of her tips into practice and demonstrates a specially designed Basic Pointe Barre with exercises created to help your body learn and understand the technique required to roll through your pointe shoes!
