@@luvtheazul I’ve always theorized he never would have lost his mojo if he’d stayed in St. Louis. He’s been a guaranteed hall of fame since like 09’, but I think he could have even beat Bonds if his averages never tanked.

As a baseball fan, it has been so fun watching Albert Pujols achieve what he has this season. No steroids. No scandal. Just a guy who has an uncanny eye for the ball and a lot of class. Thank you Albert, for entertaining baseball fans for 22 seasons.

It’s so weird that St Louis played Pittsburgh at home over the weekend, and now they are playing them in Pittsburgh.
It's just how the schedule was laid out by MLB. And the schedule is always released before the end of the previous season. This year, with the lockout of the players, MLB simply moved these last six games from the beginning of the season to the end.

He is the best ever already! Let him retire. His legacy does not need another year. We have seen even someone of his stature struggle at the end, and it’s ugly. Better to be able to say there was more in the tank, than see there wasn’t.
