@@agrilledsandwich2745 To be fair, the mecha in question looks a lot like the Megazord, with all the mismatching-colored limbs. Also, the Megazord often fights giant monsters, so there’s that too. That sword in the end convinced me that Power Ranger elements were used along with Pacific Rim.
Thinking now, years later, and after watching both Pacific Rim movies, that this event was inspired by Pacific Rim, especially when the 'Fortnite Jaeger' took the 'Fortnite Kaiju' to the ocean, that reminded me of the fight Gipsy had in Hong Kong at the docks.

the fact the battle only costed one "jaeger" and how fast this battle ended, the damages were quite average for a battle but a bit higher, i have a feeling the Kaiju/Creature would be ranked like a Cat2 to Cat3

So, imagine this.. but it's set in a vast open world that players can build bases on and gather resources in a lot like Rust or Ark in design, all the while Kaiju can spawn and wreak havoc on the map until challenged by a huge Mecha built by a group of players to fight against them.. or until the Kaiju grows satisfied by the destruction and leaves only to return stronger later on by going undefeated from before. Just an idea. Lol Other Mecha can be spawned as well, and yes they can even fight against each other when nobody has a Kaiju to worry about. Lol
