It would be nice to have a notification from hik connect server when the DVR goes offline. Becuase if someone unplugs the socket I have no infornation unless I check manually
I truly don't understand. My NVR and cameras show a different interface than what I see here on CZcams. I don't even get that notification box at 1:21 that says, "Save succeeded", which is poor grammar anyway. I click on Save button, and that's about it.

When I receive the line crossing notifications, the playback does not work
Are your harddisk in normal conditions?
My app only receive notifications from camera 1 (out of 8) looks like the rest is ignored... how to set that? I configured event->motion section for every camera individually under "configuration" section on my NVR.

I am trying to figure out how to delay between alarms, when I person crosses a line and stands there for 3 seconds I get like 14 alerts for the one event. I need like a 30 second reset or something is that even possible?

ok so now i want it only to sent push for intrusion and line crossing. Motion detection i want to trigger the sd card only. This is not possible right??
You can modify on your device menu, go to alarm settings and find linkage action
My alarm notification on the app does not show the picture but it used to, is there a setting that has been disabled?
Maybe your phone settings block the notifications for the app
@@hikconnect it had been working before, and i can still stream the video so I don't think this is the problem?
