Here is a recipe for a zucchini cake, which turns out to be not only tasty and juicy, but also beautiful. Such a cake will decorate the everyday menu and the festive table. You can see the simplest and best recipe in my video. #shorts
Ingredients:
2 pcs. squash
3 pcs. Egg
100 g Rice (or wheat) flour (look at the consistency)
50 g Hard cheese
15 g Green onions
to taste Salt, black pepper
Cream:
200 g Sour cream
to taste Greens
Garlic
3 pcs. A tomato
Cooking method:
1. Rinse the zucchini and remove the skin. We rub the zucchini on a grater and squeeze out the excess liquid. Add eggs, flour, cheese, spices to the zucchini and mix everything.
2. Put on a preheated dry (non-stick) frying pan and form a pancake, fry on both sides over low heat.
3. For the cream: mix all the ingredients: sour cream, herbs to taste, garlic. Cut the tomato into slices.
Putting together the cake: crust-cream-tomatoes.
