Well my first encounter with her was really unexpected and confusing, she damaging me and her neck ignoring the blocks desoriented me but for a while and i slay the murmur, i gonna thing more than twice if i want to go to japan.
I love this update! It is an awesome update and almost seems like it isn’t Alex’s mobs, yet it fits in so well!!! These seem like they belong in the Ice and Fire mod (made by the same guy) especially that MurMur. She gives me little nightmares vibes
There is a reason it feels like that, he is working on bringing I&F to 1.19 and he is compartmentalizing his workload. I have no doubt he is systematically putting pieces in place so he can drop the full package seamlessly
I came across the skreecher in the deep dark without knowing about it. It was the most terrifying thing I've ever experienced in Minecraft by a mile. Genuinely scared me so bad
I love how we went from more mobs like crocodiles, elephants, to inter-dimensional worms and breaking reality to attain the edge of our world to fight a creature that's out of all the dimensions
It is Rokurokubi with no real attempts at hiding it Underminers are basically peaceful ghosts that continue doing their job long after being dead without realizing it, similarly to the Flying Dutchman full of sailors just sail around repeating their job forever Farseers seem little bit inspired by Beholders from DnD with their one eye that shoots lasers and being able to warp the reality Skreechers are the idea of loud moneys put into the place where being quiet is the goal, thus making Deep Dark even harder

In the config you can remove the mobs and even edit their spawnrate and spawn locations. Only problem is that every time you update the mod you will have to delete the old config and generate new ones since the config file needs the new information about the new mobs. Without the info about them, you wont have them.
1:54 that guy for me was a not good experience in the first encounter, he scream was horrible was walk direct on me so i retreat without knowing the best thing i could have done, i cant belive seeing this video this little skreecher can SPAWN A WARDEN, killing he quick is priority.

A weird stance? There’s probably some circumstances that make him do forge like him possibly preferring it, more tools on Forge, higher availability of mods. I don’t think we should hate unless we understand
i mean like, they’ll have to reconfigure everything to work with fabric and some stuff will probably outright won’t work and likely it’ll be less polished

I agree with Ali Omar Mansour I think Alex's mobs should be an animal mod with some vanilla friendly fictional mobs not a gliched TV and something that looks like a horror movie villain I am not trying to tear down the mod I love the mod I just am not a massive fan of this update.
Yeah the thing I liked about this mod is how the creatures felt like they fit in vanilla minecraft but some of these mobs are a bit too out there for my liking
You guys could just disable the mobs in the config if you don’t find them to your liking. On top of that, yes, these mobs maybe are outside of the mod’s original scope but I think the skulk one still fits vanilla somewhat.
I didn't like the previous update of this mod because the mobs added in it were too comical. But seeing this update, I think that one was better. Mobs like Farseer and Murmur are totally incompatible with vanilla minecraft, and I also think the Murmur mob is not very suitable for a younger mod audience. The only really cool mob from this update is Underminer, and it has a cool application.

My question is how do i remove some mobs in Alex’s mobs (The cockroach and the centipede)
In the config you can remove the mobs and even edit their spawnrate and spawn locations.
