Fun fact that I noticed nobody was talking about: Tree stars are a refrence to 'The Land Before Time' in which the tree star is a special token that means a lot to the main character. One of my favorite childhood movies.

@@dalias12The pun is that the "primordial soup" item is a literal soup made with Primitive plant and a primitive water creature, and is called just like "The Primordial Soup", the ooze, that existed in the ocean, where all living organisms originated in earth.
Also little facts for those who don’t know:
Sea pigs, or many sea cucumbers in general, are known to eat “marine snow”, which is basically detritus or whatever edible junk falls from above, they’re essentially living roombas that are literal bottom feeders, with sea pigs being, of course, the deep sea sea cucumber.
Tripod fish are real fish, and self explanatory, fish with extensions of their tail and pectoral fins used to prop the fish up as it rests on the sea floor, pretty much everything in the mod’s abyss cave is from the deep sea too, btw.
Gossamer worms are also a real-world worm, being a polychaete worm that also swims almost exactly as shown in the mod. They’re also “glass like” as shown in the mod, I.e they have a transparent exoskeleton. Sea pigs are also transparent/translucent (a sort of in between transparent and opaque)

And hullbreakers have a high chance of being a real kind of animal given how we know more about deep space then our own oceon as well as things like krakens exist as well as blue whales. Don't know about deep ones though. Maybe manateens if you're a colonizer
@@GhostelFaceManwhile it’s not a complete match, it does have some resemblance to some viperfish out there (mainly the elongated body and the abhorrent state of its chompers with all that teeth sticking out)

1.its summons shadow like creatures or dark knights,bot mele and range variants
2.they could make a special path were you can join the underzealots and you need to progress in their relationship to advance amd get some stuff,amd blessing from their dark god

This is still somewhat vanilla friendly, which I really enjoy. The mechanics are very unique, but still feel like Minecraft. Idk how the creator was capable of doing that.

Imagine if we had a hand-held version of the magnets that kinda acted like the half-life physics gun or the gauntlet (only difference is it affects metal blocks or ores) and yes, it can be used to throw said blocks

Toxic and magnetic are my favs.
Abyssal chasm is kinda cool + i like the sea (>500 hours total in subnautica games + IRL experience)
I guess primordial caves are kinda cool, cuz like you can get an army of dinosaura and all.
The hollows are a bit too dark for my liking but the items are great, i wish i could tame the cultists and get a pet watcher or smth tho.
that just ruins the horror themed vibe if you tame them.

The Nucleeper is so cute I have to be fully honest. I'd definitely keep one as a Pet.
Also I kinda hope we can one day tame gamma roaches, since they’re kinda similar to allays but faster and can grab mobs too
As a side note, the Alex’s caves eruption update might be either soon, or is already out, in case you didn’t know

does anyone else have issues with both Alex's Mobs and Alex's Caves when they have shaders installed? I have Complimentary Shaders which seems to make some of the mobs in both mods invisible, does anyone happen to know a fix for my situation?

For some reason i cant see the textures of the mobs when im in the toxic cave biome, for example with the Brianiac, I can only see the yellow drum he has on his back and two glowing green things at his side but everything else is invisible... can anyone suggest a possible solution? ☹☹☹
