- We have to be honest, we had no big plans to see Perugia. In-fact, the only reason we came to this city is because it was the closest city to us that had an affordable flight to the southern areas of Italy. With that came ZERO expectations of the Perugia, so when we arrived and realised how many cool things there was to do we were so excited to recieve a list from a local of all the must-see things in Perugia umbria italy. All we did while we were there was diligently follow our tips from an Italian local (susan) of what to see in perugia - which turned into the Ultimate perugia travel guide and really informed us what to do in Perugia!

I visited Rome a couple weeks ago and I totally fell in love with Italy. I now want to visit more places in Italy and Perugia looks amazing.
You absolutely should! Italy has so much to offer! Even one of the oldest cities in the world where they still live in ancient caves!! We did a video about that place too 😄

I think you missed these, Roman Aqueduct now a walkway thru houses, the old ancient Etruscan well opposite the main square, the old city walkway and old wall, now a walkway to the monorail and the castle tower which you can go up for a panoramic view of Perugia.
We actually found most of these things but weren't recording at the time 🤔 dropped the ball there! But Perugia was a very very cool cool city!

We were on foot 100% of the time! (The only exception being getting to our accommodation where we took public transport!)

With all due respect, as a resident of Perugia, I must advise you that the "I" is silent. It's pronounced "Peruga".

As an Italian I don't think you're a resident of Perugia. In Italian you must read all the letters that are written in a word. This is the basic rule. So in this case is Perugia.
