    Thanks for the videos and the recipe however can you please provide more clarity regarding the % of Shea and cocoa butter to keep it rightly fluid.
    Also how much coconut cream, milk or yoghurt to add and at what temperature?

    Good video, really nice speaking voice. I like that you're calm, yet upbeat and not LOUD with 70 things going on in the background. LOL It's more professional. however there is A LOT of info. missing. Amount of LYE/WATER? Superfat %? Amount of Milk alternative or Yogurt you would add. Amount of oils you are using, being that you stated this was a double batch and added a whole can of coconut milk, the oil amount is needed. Even going to SoapCalc with this that info would be needed to work this recipe.

    I'm going to try this method. Never added my butters before the vaseline stage. Seems like it makes a big difference.

    Sarah, You start with % in the recipe, then you add the superfat in oz. What weight of oils are you using?

    Sarah, thank you for posting the video. Can you please tell us the weight of the oils before trace. I am knew at soap making and I want to try this recipe, but I want to make sure I'm not adding the 5 ounces of superfat to the recips if my weight of base oils is much smaller than what you have. I don't know if it's 72 ounces of base oils with a 7% superfat or 100 ounces of base oils with 5% superfat. I know you said that it was a double batch, but that's all I have to go on with my lack of experience, thank you for your help :).

    The 1st stage you called “applesauce” looks like the pudding stage, then the mashed potatoes, applesauce, then Vaseline stage.
    At least that’s how “ALL the other soapers refer it.

      you must be watching videos that I've missed, but, the one's I've seen say either pudding or applesauce as the first stage, as mashed potatoes are thicker than applesauce.

    • @khione8044
      @khione8044 Před 4 lety +2

      @@dissodatore Applesauce Stage can be before or after Mashed Potato Stage (I have seen it come up in both areas) depending on how the Soap is being cooked. But this was definitely a Pudding Stage that she mentioned in the video, and not Applesauce Stage. And what she mentioned as Mashed Potato Stage was actually Applesauce Stage.
