Rutger Verhoeff, designer at Bildung Academy, highlights the importance of confusion and to trust the process. De Bildung Academie is a bottom-up initiative in Amsterdam run by a team of highly driven and enthusiastic students, young alumni, and professors. The initiative originated from the desire to fully develop oneself as a human being. To capture this aspiration we turned to Bildung for inspiration.
