  • Hey good people! In the lampworking glass blowing video, I make a cool space pendant using silver fume. When glass blowing with fume, make sure you have a good ventilation system. Do not fume without one!

      Lol. I keep telling my wife that people watch me for my calm, soothing voice. Yeah, it's not true but I'll continue to say it until it catches on.

    Is it soft glass? Why the flame looks soooo strange and your glass doesn't boil in it? What kind of silver glass is it? Thanks! Nice tutorial!

      I only work with borosilicate glass which is not soft glass. I use silver to apply color aka fume to the glass. Get the purest silver you can like 99.99%.

      Hey Salvi! I've been working with glass for about three years now. There is a steep learning curve and of course the more practice you get in, the better your skills will become.
