- Living in Boca Raton Florida is nothing short than a paradise. Boca Raton have exceptional places to live, work, and play. Join us as we take an immersive tour of different neighborhoods within East Boca Raton Florida. From the upscale communities along the intracoastal waterway to the charming historic districts and family-friendly suburbs, we’ll show you the distinct characteristics of each area. I am going to share where the city of Boca Raton began and one of its most popular locations for enjoying food, relaxation, entertainment, and shopping.
In this Boca Raton vlog tour I will take you through 5 neighborhoods. We will start with the most affluent community in Boca Raton, the Royal Palm Yacht & County Club. New construction and properties on the canal are priced well above $10 million dollars. However, you can buy an older home with less square feet for under $4 million dollars. Boca Harbour is our next stop. You can own a home on the intracoastal canal for a fraction of the cost compared to the Royal Palm Yacht & County Club. Following Boca Harbour I will take you to a unique neighborhood called Old Floresta. The homes here are a mix of various styles: mediterranean-inspired architecture, Tuscany, and modern design. Our next stop is a community off SW 18th street. The houses here are elegant but affordable compared to the other neighborhoods we visited, ranging from $1 to $2 million. The last neighborhood we will visit is the Boca Sailing and Racquet Club. This is a quiet heavily wooded and gated community surrounding 45 acre Lake Camino.
We will end the tour at Mizner Park. This is an outdoor strip known for its upscale boutiques, dining, and entertainment.

I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.
I am so glad you mentioned Hallandale Beach! It’s on my list to explore more, especially the Oleta River State Park. I just recently realized they have a mountain bike trail that has really positive reviews. My husband and I enjoy mountain biking in Florida. There are also excellent places for canoe and kayak adventures. Thank you for sharing!

Old Floresta is beautiful. I somehow found it when I was looking to move to Boca and felt like I went back in time. Beautiful treelined streets
I ended up moving to Parkland instead of Boca but I love Boca
Old Floresta is definitely one of my favorite neighborhoods in Boca. So much history and well preserved.
Parkland is such a great place too! Lots of community and family oriented activities, gorgeous parks and outstanding schools. I’m so happy for you!

@@sofloliving I couldn’t buy in Old Florests but I did buy in Cypresshead which is an older community with builder acre lots and MATURE LANDSCAPING. Not as old as Old Floresta but still naturally green and beautiful
I ll watch when the Parkland one comes out. I have only been here since March this year so I might learn a few things from your video
Cypress Head is gorgeous with the homes having large lots on the water and large trees. I have heard that it has a lot of activities for people of all ages.
Unfortunately Cypress Head isn’t in my new video that I just posted, but I will put it on my list for a future video because it is a community worth highlighting.

Very good points😁. I could see why you want to keep a good thing all to yourself 😏. Great point about new builds too. Seems that is where a lot of the focus is now a days. Both have their positive and negatives. I’m so grateful their is such a variety here in South Florida.

Mortgage Brokers should Have Ski Masks Or Hankerceifs in their Desk Draws.
In every line of business there are trustworthy people and not so trustworthy people. That’s why it is so important to shop around and even better when someone you trust can refer a morgage broker they have personally had a great experience with.
A recommendation is to interview 3 morgage brokers and see what they have to offer and see if the morgage broker and morgage company are a right fit for you. What might fit for you, won’t necessarily fit for someone else and vice versa.
Buying a home is a huge investment and doing your homework before hand can save a lot of time and money.
With that being said, I’m sorry if you had a bad experience. I promise there are a lot of outstanding morgage brokers out there really working to help people with their home buying process.
