Boca Raton Florida is truly an exceptional place to live, work and play. Join us as we take an immersive tour of different neighborhoods within West Boca Raton. From a small non-gated neighborhood of single family homes to the very popular gated community of Boca Pointe, I m going to show you the distinct characteristics of each area.
We will start the West Boca Raton Vlog tour at UpTown Boca. This is one of the most popular locations where West Boca residents go to enjoy shopping and dining. The first neighborhood we will visit is non-gated and right next to UpTown Boca. Homes here are fairly affordable, and if you are an investor you will find several fixer upper opportunities in this neighborhood. Then we will be visiting another non-gated neighborhood that is right off of the Everglades with above average schools. Next, we will take a drive through the luxurious Long Lake Estates where the homes are surrounded by a lush green acre of land and each home has its own unique design. We will then visit the very popular Boca Pointe where I will show you 3 different neighborhoods with different price points all in the same gated community. The properties at Boca Pointe have a wide price range. Condominiums run around $450k, average single family homes are around $800K, and some luxurious properties climb all the way to $3.4 million. Boca Pointe offers a club membership that is available to both residents and non-residents with a variety of sports, dining, and social privileges. Lastly, I will be showing you one of West Boca’s hidden gems. Did you know there is a 847 acre park in West Boca? You will not believe all the fun this park has to offer to everyone!
